Nicer than I expected. I was wondering why this basic looking motel was rated 3 stars, when most similar looking motels are rated a 2. And then it struck me that unlike most of the reviews I write, I didn't have a single serious suggestion for improvement. Our stay at this hotel provided all that we wanted. A clean room, comfortable beds, a power block on the desk, decent internet Wi Fi, good bedding and towels, good locks, quiet at night, convenient parking, a good breakfast, nice staff, and even a nightlight in the bathroom. The only inconvenience was due to the CrowdStrike Security update that negatively affected so many Windows computers. That made multiple room keys unavailable until an update patch was available. But since that issue affected millions of businesses, I say that the staff at the Hampton Inn worked around this problem well. We'd return and stay here again.

Best hotel ever!!!! This is the best hotel we ever stayed at. Vivian and Emma , the breakfast host, were awesome. They go out of their way to make your experience very enjoyable. Even when it’s late, they make sure you have food to eat. They made a lasting impression on my entire family. Vivian went out of her way to make us feel at home. I felt like I was at my mamaw’s dinner table with endless bacon and taters. The front desk staff went out of their way to welcome us . Nicest people I have ever met. Overall great experience and will definitely be back .

Good place to stay This hotel is dated, but it was incredibly clean. The pool area was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the hot breakfast and service was wonderful. Convenient location right off I90 and plenty of parking. Staff was helpful and gave us a pull out bed for our grandson.

Easy access off the Interstate We generally prefer Hamptons when traveling, and this place was conveniently located right off the interstate, and got decent reviews. It's a good place, not an outstanding place, especially as compared to other Hampton Inns. Beds were comfy, always a key criteria; large rooms, good parking. Breakfast was OK, not as good as some Hamptons, and internet was a bit slow (front desk clerk said they'd had issues lately with it). Friendly and helpful staff. All in all, not a bad night's stay.

Clean Hotel, Very polite and responsive Staff Hubby and I stayed here for our anniversary getaway to visit Geneva on the Lake and the Ashtabula harbor. Staff was very friendly and professional. Elisa at the frontdesk was always so sweet and polite. We are hhonors members and do a lot of traveling. I can confidently say that this is the first Hilton brand we have stayed since COVID where the bath tub was really clean. It actually had a shine to it. This year alone, we have stayed in stayed in about in about 6 different Hilton brands and still quite a few more travels for the year. In all we have stayed in Hampton Inns, Home2 & Homewood suites. Since COVID, it's as if most hotels just the most basic minimum cleaning. This is really sad. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay here again.
