Guests beware Carpet was very nasty, in addition so was the couch (had stains all over). Bed was okay. Bathroom had mold in the bathtub, and the toilet flushed very loud and was way too low to get up and down. There was a drip from above in the bathroom ceiling.

no staff at front desk and no coffee at what they call breakfast lack of staff: and no coffee in am" junk inside at top of steps ,fresh towels but didnt make the bed

Management If you run into and issue don’t expect management to pay you any attention. I called three different times to talk to manager about the fact on the phone making reservation i was specifically asked if i wanted floor or second floor to which i replied first because my elderly mother was traveling with me. Got to the hotel before 8pm. No first floor rooms have to go to the second floor. I later learned it said on their computer for first floor and in fact there were as many as three rooms that could have been used.

Nasty! The fix to a leaky shower was duck tape and spray paint. The desk chair was so disgusting I would not set on it. The only ice machine did not work and we were told to go buy ice if we wanted it. The front desk attendant was rude. On the upside the pillows were fantastic.

Horrific mold problem in the bathroom This properties bathrooms need to be inspected by OSHA or somebody cause the mold problem is horrific. The staff is very friendly and the continental breakfast is adequate. I’m surprised that they’re allowed to have a second floor without an elevator. They need more than one luggage cart.
