Charming Hotel with Excellent Services. Charming hotel for its design and architecture. The services and quality of restaurants and bars are high level. Very relaxing environment. I loved the personalized breakfast service. The special dinner with pairing was delicious. Definitely, the experience of relaxation and excellent service and quality of food makes staying at Quinta Real Huatulco unique. Highly recommended.

Fantastico We loved the hotel. It was clean, customer service was awesome, and overall it was safe. We enjoyed our time here the views from the hotels are beautiful such a great experience and very much relaxing.

Beautiful views and tranquility Great location with access to beach. Nice pool and restaurants. Good quality food. Recommend with friendly service. Lovely room.

Understaffed and Disappointing Service at 5-star hotel It seems that this hotel is operating at 50% capacity with its staff. For a 5-star hotel, it lacks sufficient personnel to attend to guests adequately. At times, we waited almost an hour to receive towels for the beach. The service for food and beverages at the pool and beach area is extremely slow. The housekeeping service cleaned the room at 4 pm, which was inconvenient. The entire staff seemed stressed and overworked. It's very disappointing that the hotel didn't plan properly for one of the busiest weeks of the year and didn't have enough staff to provide the service that guests expect and pay for.

Lacking in all respects Lacking in all respects. We reserved two rooms for our family of four (two teenagers and two adults) but at check-in they said they had three reservations through hotels.com and that they had charged us for three rooms even though my hotels.com app, confirmation emails and hotels.com representative were saying we had two rooms (no reason for us to have three!). We had to dispute later with Amex. On the first night of our stay after a long day of travel, our sleep was disturbed twice, once my a man delivering a small fruit basket at 9:45pm and another by a phone call at 10:35pm asking if we had called hotels.com. Unnecessary! The second night we returned to our uncleared rooms to find that one of our rooms had two two men in it. One checking his cell phone while sitting on one of our chairs and the other said he was ‘fixing’ our a/c unit. It worked great…never a complaint about that. We still don’t know why t o male employees were hanging out in our room. The food service was very slow, the wines on the wine list were nonexistent, the facilities are all worn, the pool was dirty and understaffed and the front desk staff was either confused or scamming us. Look elsewhere when considering this area.
