Horrible service I booked this room because of having plumbing issues in my home. I arrived and was given room 228. I go and walk to the room and when arriving to the door the room was open. Did not use the key just pushed the door open. When entering the room it seemed as if someone was in there and there was food on the counter. Very dirty and not cleaned. I go down to ask for another room and was given 219. Same thing upon waking into the room very dirty. Ripped sheets seemed as if someone had been staying in the room. I go in to take a shower and the towels are wet. I go down to ask for a new set of towels. Because using wet towels is unsanitary and who knows if they are clean. Upon approaching the front desk the man states that the room is cold and the towels are just cold. I repeat to tell him the towels were wet. He then stated he did not have a fresh set of towels and would have to wait until the morning until cleaning service arrived. Then proceeded to say it was not his Robles and to deal with it. I did not argue I just walked away. Very highly upset on how the situation was handled. Was denied a clean room and was denied accommodations. I hope this never happens to someone in the future and Management takes a loon at what’s going on.

Our experience for a hotel at this price was excellent.

Dissatisfied guest Would not recommend this 'hotel' to ANYONE! I stayed for 1 night; after having some extensive dental work done at the CDA Cares dental clinic event; needed a safe & clean place to stay before completing my dental care at the fairgrounds. Room was NOT very clean; had dust everywhere; tub was dirty; carpet wasn't clean; hair dryer didn't work; & the hot water was non-existent. One good thing was that the bed was comfortable & clean! But the front desk clerk was less than friendly; charged me an exorbitant fee for the privelege to stay at his hotel; insisted on coming to the room with the excuse that 'the key doesn't work sometimes'; then my check out experience the nxt morning was even more challenging & stressful! I cleaned & tidied up the room (was actually in MUCH better shape after I stayed there due to the cleaning I did to make it bearable to stay for 1 night!) I took the key back to the front desk clerk; he insisted on inspecting the room before giving me my receipt; then he & the other front desk clerk proceeded to talk & argue with each other in their language; wasted time so it was close to the official check out time listed; asked me for my credit card again (which they had charged an exorbitant room fee on the evening before) ~ ran my card a 2nd time for an xtra day; insisting that I HAD to pay it, since I was 'late' checking out of the room! I was already late for my dental appt; and they knew since it was the weekend my bank wouldn't be open to stop them from charging my card twice; I had no choice but to just try & get my card back from them; & get a receipt. What a terrible place; these people have NO business experience; don't even care about basic customer service or want to make the hotel comfortable or clean for their guests!

Horrible Place! Do not go here!! We stayed there one night for in-town wedding. The major thing was AC not working and no hot water. I was unable to take shower. I called the desk but nothing was done about it. The carpet was filthy and full of dust. Next morning we heard yelling and screaming in the parking lot. It was hotel manager arguing with guest and swearing. We were scared. From then I knew that we were in the wrong hotel. I had to go for wedding and was too busy otherwise I won't have stayed here. Unfriendly staff (owner's jamai) and poor service. Said free WIFI but it did not work because our room was at the end of hotel. DO NOT GO HERE. I would rather stay at Little Sweden motel just down the street.

They rip you offf Tried to cancel our room, due to the health of my husband, booked this with booking.com called both the motel and booking and they still charged me for one night. I will be taking this to court, not letting them rip me off! Due to the fact my husband could not travel, he has ocpd, asthmas, and it is just to far to travel for him at this time. You guys suck!!!!
