Great Stay! Great Receptionist! Great attendant! I can’t remember her name but I believe it started with an H! She took care of us and let us know where to park so we could see our car! We had a great conversation too, she was very knowledgeable about restaurants in town, she knew the best routes for heading towards San Francisco!

Don't waste your time and money. Found 2 cockroaches the morning we were leaving under the desk and on the chair. We were able to kill one. Upon pulling back the sheets we noticed the sheets were see through. Room was dusty and dirty. Nasty face mask was found in stationary chair. The man upfront stated I would get my 100% satisfaction guarantee and it never came.

This Hampton was a Disappointment Booked a one night stay. Arrived late at night and went right to sleep. The next morning before checkout, my wife and I both wanted to take a shower. However, the shower didn’t work, it was either completely hot or completely cold. So, we just packed up and went to the service desk to check out. I explained the problem regarding the shower and wanted either a refund or enough points for a future night’s stay. They said no, and would only offer a discount of $20, maybe $30 for a future stay (the rate was $170 for the night). I said no thanks. No issues whatsoever with the staff, they were very nice. But what is disappointing is Hampton’s 100% Guarantee that says if you aren’t happy with your stay they’ll “make things right”.

Filthiest floors I’ve seen in 30 years Filthiest floors of any hotel I’ve stayed in for about 30 years. The bathroom floor was covered with spots of dirt and hair, and the carpet was so dirty that it was shiny, especially at the bathroom door. I spread towels on the worse spots. I had to ask for towels, because there was only one in the bathroom. I told him that the floors were filthy, and he said the housekeeper was still there and would come up and clean. I would have been shocked if that actually happened! It didn’t. I’m not going to comment on all of the broken stuff in the room, but I will be avoiding this place like the plague!

Worst Hampton stay ever The carpets were dirty with what looked like oil stains, the room smelled like dog pee, the bedding was yellowed, the cabinet the fridge was in was beat up. The 2 chairs in the room were filthy, I didn’t even sit on them. Worst Hampton I’ve stayed at.
