Did not give me a receipt when I checked in. The front desk did not give me a receipt or total price on what both my rooms were. I asked the lady three times before she answered. Her response was.... you'll get it when you check out. Very nasty. When I checked out the next day the printer wasn't working, another lady said she'll email it to me. She never did. Luckily, I was still in the area, I went back to the Hyatt to request the email again. When I opened the email, I noticed they charged me an extra one hundred dollars for both rooms. I called them, they said it's for accidental damages, and they'll return it back in a few days. I didn't have a problem with it, but it should've been written somewhere on the receipt. Also, another thing, one of the housekeeping men walked in on my daughter in law, eight minutes before checkout. He did not knock first. The only thing he said to her was....Oh My Bad. No apology at all. Needless to say, that was my first and last stay at the Hyatt Regency at the Baltimore Harbor

Awesome service Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore was so pleasant because the entire staff were so friendly and helpful it made our stay in Baltimore wonderful and memorable. The rooms were just what we needed comfortable clean and our view of the harbor awesome! The rooftop pool is delightful.

Dated rooms Check in process was extremely slow. Rooms are dated. When it rained, water leaked through the ceiling on 3rd and 4th floors. Breakfast was the only enjoyable thing and the market place had excellent service.

Call ahead of time. The pool does not look as described the pool bar that’s advertised was never open with no explanation and my room blinds were broke and the air also did not work good I got my entire stay. But the staff was very friendly and the customer service was great the valet is amazing
