It’s one of the best! I’ve stayed her multiple times for work travel and have been consistently impressed. I’m one of those ocd people who looks at the sheets with a flashlight and avails touching every surface possible. Here, the bedding has always been pristine, the bathrooms, too. The staff are respectful and friendly! The coffee at the door is such a welcome perk. Will be returning whenever staying in Bangor.

Horrible Customer Service Canceled my reservation without authorization from Diamond Member! Work customer service I have seen or received from a Hilton property in years and I believe it was due to a concert being in the area and them wanting to sell my room for 3 and 8 times the rate!!

A very well ran hotel While it may seem difficult to stand out as a generic interstate side hotel in an area flooded with similar hotels this Hilton Garden Inn manages to do so. Clearly management trains the staff & treats new employees with respect. We received the same level of courtesy checking in at 4:00am as we did leaving at 4:00pm. Breakfast staff were wonderful and the food was tasty. Housekeeping was notably friendly.

Good and Clean We stayed here for one night. I wouldn't say it is a 5 star rating, but for a 3 star hotel, it is very good. The check-in process was simple, as was the check-out. We stayed in a Junior Sleep. The room was very clean, which I appreciated. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but not horrible. They have a breakfast, but we didn't partake. They did have complimentary coffee in the lobby. At the end of the day, I would stay here again.

Top notch! Friendly staff. Immaculate. It looks as though it has been updated recently. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Towels fluffy and white. Nice water pressure from the shower. Breakfast area clean, server very attentive and food fine too.
