Only for those with low expectations If you're on the Bourbon Trail and are staying for one night, this place isn't horrible. Internet was spotty, breakfast was a few bagels, some cereal and an orange - we all went out to McDonald's for breakfast - rooms seemed clean enough. One in our party put something in the room refrigerator and it was frozen the next morning. Another in our group had the room next to the residence of the innkeepers and had to go out to buy Febreeze because the odor of curry and Indian food was so off-putting. Beds were comfortable and water pressure was good for a morning shower. The rooms could use an update. It's close to town and close to the freeway, but sidewalks don't extend all the way to town, so it's not walkable.

Definitely a “budget” hotel… I think they are trying to make improvements, but… Our daughter joined us on this trip… so for the extra $10 added to the room price, we were handed an extremely small/thin towel. Three small pillows on each bed with only a sheet and thin comforter (one blanket in the dresser… which doesn’t work with two beds). The hot water didn’t work at the sink. The room wouldn’t pass a white glove test, but was fairly clean. I would recommend thinking of this place as a hostel (bring your own pillow, towel, blanket). Not the quietest of rooms (lots of noise could be heard from the parking lot). I think they are trying to update/renovate, but there is still some work to do. We didn’t try the breakfast… so I can’t give an opinion on that. We headed to Hadorn’s Bakery instead ( highly recommended… arrive early , there will be a line)

Good location but little else. The location of the inn was great. The room was clean but the beds were not comfortable at all and the bathroom toilet was too low. Cheap toilet paper and thread bare towels, and the breakfast was minimal at best and usually gone by 8:45 am. Wouldn't stay again.

Great value for money Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, close to Bardstown shops and attractions. Great value for money, allowing us to explore Bardstown and surrounds. Lovely homestead and gardens directly across the road.
