Historic and Magnificent This was worth the stay and the tour was very good. This isn’t a high end luxury hotel. It’s a clean, spacious, historic hotel. The AC in the room wasn’t working well but the oscillating fan made up for it. It was never uncomfortable in the room temperature-wise. The shower is kind of neat the way it was designed but the water didn’t stay in the shower area and the bath mat was soaking wet by the time 1 person showered. The tour was excellent! We learned a lot about Price Tower and the history of the Prices and what the thought process was of Wright when he designed it. Price (no relation) was a great tour guide and knew a lot about the building and its architecture. I highly recommend staying here AND taking one of the tours. They definitely need donations to help restore the building to its former glory.

Visit for the experience! This place is very cool. There are stains in the carpet just as other posters have said. The soaps in the shower are also too high for little people to reach. The elevators are small. However, you won't get many opportunities to stay in a Frank Lloyd Wright building. The ladies at the front desk were nice and helpful. The building has a lot of character. We enjoyed the experience!

Save your money...... Would I go back again....No. Was excited to stay in a Frank Lloyd Wright designed property, but it turned out to be kind of disappointing. Room was spacious enough however the carpet had a lot of stains. There was part of a candy wrapper on the floor, only one little bar of soap, soap dispenser in shower did not work. One bed had black debris on it. Went back down to the desk to tell them about it and they sent a housekeeping person up with a lint roller and sweeper to remove it from the comforter. Said they had been working on the vents and this was the problem. Next morning it was back on that bed and even more the next day. Windows also are in need of washing. Restaurant was closed so no option but to go find somewhere to eat. Definitely not a luxury hotel, so save your money.

Awesome to stay in a piece of history Amazing building to stay in. One of Frank Lloyd Wright's realized skyscrapers. Lots of mid-century awesomeness with simple choices and a beautiful view of sunsets and sunrises. Super cool lobby with a restaurant and art. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Fair warning, the elevators are quite small.

Beautiful but hot! We have loved the design and architecture of the building, did the tour, which was great and informative and ate at the just opened restaurant. The restaurant was great! Best salmon I may have ever had, great fish and chips too. However, the AC in the building can not keep up with the heat. On arrival the front desk was kind enough to try and accommodate us and moved our room to a room on a lower floor hoping that would help with the room not being cool. And gave us a discount since the room we had reserved was larger. But to our disappointment the lower floor room is just as warm. I did not go back and complain, because I really hate being that person, but I am seriously considering going and finding other accommodations for tonight. Neither of us slept well last night and I need some AC. But the rooms are beautiful! Hoping with the new investors they invest in the AC units that can be put on the walls. It would change the entire experience!
