Head and shoulders better than others We highly recommend this hotel above all in Bastrop as an exceed nice place to stay to anyone. We came for a graduation and stayed two nights. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, and the breakfast is always fresh. I look forward to staying there in the on any future visits.

Meeting room for celebration of life I rented the Meeting room for my husband's celebration of life. The rate was very reasonable, the management and staff were absolutely a joy to work with. The employees set up the tables and chairs exactly the way we wanted them. Several family members rented rooms for the night and they were all very satisfied

Hotel in Need of Repair The sheer curtains ripped, black goop on all furniture, that left black sticky marks when touched. The shower had no pressure at all and took forever to rinse off. The pool was green and both pool and hot tub full of debris. They were completely unusable.

Very clean and quiet Room was very clean and it was very quiet. The breakfast was fine. The TV signal was terrible the first 24 hours but no issues after that. There was also a strong gas smell in front the first day. We were told it was the safety burn off of the propane for the hot tub. Hopefully they can figure out a way to mitigate that. I missed not having an extra blanket but the mattress was better than most hotels. Be sure to bring plugs for your chargers as they don't have any USB charging ports.

Above & Beyond We had a great experience here… Our group had to leave very early the next morning and the night staff ensured that we had a hot breakfast, even though we left before 5 AM. It was very much appreciated.
