Dissatisfied Our room was dirty. It smelled very musty. The bed sheets were blood stained. And the toilet leaked a LOT of water on the bathroom floor. We are extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. I would definitely not recommend this hotel in Bastrop.

VERY basic Staff was great. Did contactless check in. Upon inspecting my room, the upgrade I got was a large room, but strangely no refrigerator or a microwave. I asked about it and was told that only some rooms had it. For some strange reason, as a Gold member, the upgrade got me nothing. I wonder if I had refused the upgrade, I would have gotten the refrigerator and the microwave. I was also told that they had no more refrigerators or microwaves left. Parking was fine. I was only there for about 7 hours to sleep and bathe. I was fortunate to grab the to go breakfast around 5am. I will not stay here again.

Great location and very helpful front of desk staff Had some booking issues but the receptionist was extremely helpful and sorted it for us A1 service. Spacious and clean room as was bathroom breakfast selection was very good with hot and cold choices. Did not use the pool but looked inviting. Had no issues and would stay again.

Great stay! Very clean great water pressure We were trying to make it Austin, but was getting tired so we looked for hotels in the upcoming towns. Was able to get a room here so we booked it. I think the front desk clerks name was Susan or Suzie (late night 4/3/24 shift)…we were exhausted she was really great. Happy, patient and friendly while I dug through purse trying to find drivers lic….etc….they had hot coffee and hot water with hot chocolate packets available, we were able to get some to go up to the room. They are in process of renovating the rooms, I don’t think ours was done yet, be sure a little dated, but it was spotless clean, the bed was comfortable, the a/c worked great and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. The house keeping staff that we came in contact was super nice also. The parking lot seemed safe, very well lit. We did not eat breakfast there so I have no idea how that was, nor did we use the gym or computers so I have no idea how they were. If in area would definitely stay here again.

Hidden Gem in Bastrop Texas! Excellent choice staying at the Hampton Inn and Suites Bastrop TX? Check-in was a breeze as we are Hilton Honors members. The facility was very clean and fresh considering it is over 14 years old. We understand from management that it is due for a major upgrade which will totally refresh the property inside and out. Our room was clean, spacious, and very quiet. Breakfast in the morning was more than you could ask for. Thank you to the front desk representative who checked us in, Laura. You were friendly, cordial, and very professional. Also, I would like to mention one of the managers on duty, Michelle. You were a wonderful ambassador and representative for this Hilton property. We enjoyed talking with you during our stay and will definitely consider the Hampton Inn and Suites when we are in Bastrop again. Thank you all again for a memorable stay. Lee and Shelley
