Hilton should be ashamed Rough edges. Lots of rough edges. Room carpet was pretty gross, stains on walls, stains in bathroom, stains on lamp shade, stains on ceiling, you name it. The bathroom door appeared to have toothbrush and/or toothpaste sludge slung on it. The in-room coffee maker was missing the tray so no morning coffee. Room smelled ok, but the halls not so much. The front desk agent on check-in was quite professional, but upon check-out the next morning, the front desk was completely unattended. I gave up, left the key and drove away never to return.

Would NOT stay here again We booked this without checking reviews, our fault, but we would not stay here again. Luckily we were very tired and quickly fell asleep. The room was very hot and muggy and when we turned on the air conditioner, it sounded like water was trickling out of it all night and the carpet became very wet. I can only imagine the amount of mold that is under that carpet. There was a large redish/pink stain on the wall which seemed to leaking from the ceiling. Pay the extra $20 and stay at the other hotels close by.

Awful experience This was the worst experience we have EVER experienced in a hotel! The lady at the front desk was the worst person I have ever had the misfortune of having to work with! She absolutely 110% ruined a 5 year Olds birthday due to her horrible attitude and rudeness. Everytime you tried to speak with her she came at you extremely aggressive then claimed that we were being rude. When we absolutely were not until the very end when we had enough of how she had spoken to us. In the time we were there(less than 1 hour) she made everyone uncomfortable. The room was gross had no hand soap in it at all. They would rather rent a room to someone who is clearly on drugs then to people who are just trying to let a boy swim in the pool for his birthday!

Used to be a great place to stay Not what we expected- carpet and curtains stained and dirty, floors in bathroom not clean, one bed had been slept in without change of bedding. Staff friendly but wouldn’t recommend staying here due to poor quality, not what I expect from Hampton Inn.

NO, don't stay here This hotel is terrible. The bathtub was FILTHY. And there was some weird footprint on the carpet in our room (it was dry) and we both tripped over the divider between the carpeted area and vinyl floor that was coming up. Not only is it dirty and needing updating, but there is only one ice machine in the whole hotel (on the first floor) and ALL of the soda machines were empty - they still worked (meaning they took our money) but had no soda to give us. Breakfast was okay (the coffee was good) but the staff could care less about our complaints. Seriously, go somewhere else, this place is just plain awful.
