Hotel needs renovation This hotel is worn out unfortunately, floors and room are uneven, walls, carpet, and furniture need replaced and simply not being kept up. Scratches and dents on walls, missing hairdryer and hotel room and parking very limited. staff was nice.

Good place to stay if visiting Marshall Dry Goods Although the hotel looks new on the outside, it could use some repair on the inside. Our bed was really comfortable. The chase had dirt on it from the previous occupants. Loved the dove products in the bathroom. There were som dings in the wall that needed repair. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. You could tell that the floor in the breakfast area was mopped around. The floor was stained where the mop could not go. It was a quiet place and hotel staff was friendly. Fresh cookies and bottled water offered upon check in.

Friendly staff, clean room We were looking for a hotel to stay in due to storms in the area and losing our electricity. My husband has a c-Pap and required electricity to use it at night. Unlike the staff that I contacted by phone at the 2 nearby hotel chains that were less than helpful or welcoming, the staff was exceptionally accommodating, especially Emily. At the hotel, Ashley was also friendly and helpful. We will stay here again!
