They have bed bugs There was a bed bug in my bed, I took a picture of it and showed it to KJ (whom was extremely rude) at the front desk. He goes to get the person “who’s so called in charge (Ms. Allison)” she wasn’t helpful at all. I tell her I’m checking out immediately and I want my money back. They tell me the manager won’t be back til Monday and to come back then. Mind you I live in Dallas, Tx but even if I didn’t why should I be inconvenienced due to their lack of cleanliness. The room was dirty and the only reason I didn’t bother saying something then was because we checked in at 9pm so we weren’t gonna be there long anyway but when I saw the bed bug the next morning I was livid. All in all staff was rude, not helpful, room was dirty and they handled this situation all wrong. Now I have to dispute this transaction with my bank and I would definitely NOT recommend anyone stay here.

Just gross! I’m not sure how this hotel has decent reviews. The staff was friendly, but the room is a big NO for us. There was hair in our bed, floor needed vacuuming, furniture is all chipped up, air conditioning unit cracked, ceiling is full of stains, and everything in general needs a LOT of TLC. Elevator, floor by the elevator (3rd floor), and breakfast table floor was all sticky. The person in charge of breakfast seemed to have kept everything in stock and mostly clean. Other than that, this hotel is just gross. Definitely would not stay here again.

comfortable, clean, reliable wi-fi, friendly service Pros Comfortable bed, clean room Cool, working AC Fast, reliable wifi Dark curtaining for sleep Friendly, efficient front desk staff Good price Good restaurants nearby Good shower Cons None experienced I grabbed a quick pre-flight night at this hotel in BR before a trip to the BTR airport the next morning, and I was thoroughly pleased with my stay here. I was initially impressed with the friendliness of the front desk worker as he was genuinely pleasant and seemed to enjoy welcoming me, and he completed my check-in efficiently. Also, the elevator worked well, and the lobby, hallways, and my room itself smelled very clean. Further, I was also quite pleased that the AC worked very well and my mattress was quite comfortable and I slept very well, though normally, I don’t sleep well on the first night away from my personal bed at home. Another quality I look for in a good hotel is there choice in dark curtaining to improve sleep quality for those who enjoy a dark room during that time and to block out bright outside lighting. Thankfully, this hotel did not disappoint me here either as the curtaining kept the room quite dark during my one night stay. Also, I spent time viewing Olympics coverage on my phone, and I was wonderfully impressed with how fast and reliably the wi-fi performed as I had no drops or choppy video or audio feeds. Also, there are Subway options nearby as well as nice steakhouses and other high-quality restaurants nearby. Finally, I enjoyed a comfortable shower there along with a clean, well-kept bathroom. Finally, I was pleased with the price for my stay, and I also received efficient check-out service. This hotel was great and I will definitely stay here again when I'm in this area. Though the airport is about 10miles away, the great staff, clean atmosphere, and great wi-fi is worth the longer drive or paying for ride share services to the airport. Please consider giving Comfort Inn BR a try.

Noisy noisy noisy Traffic noise day and night. The highway is just across the street. Reception was friendly. The room was cramped and had soiled chairs in the room. The room appeared to be clean but the coffee maker was unusable. We ran water through it several times and found black stuff in the bottom of the cup and brown water. Ended up taking to the front desk with the suggestion they replace it. My suggestion to others is, if you plan to use the in-room coffee maker that you run water through it first. The beds were okay but nothing special. Lighting was good. They did have a laundry bag in the room and plenty of hot water on demand. Breakfast was the norm during Covid. Packaged items and nothing hot other than coffee.
