Good night rest Rite off interstate. Hotel always making improvements.New furniture and beds. Always a great night of rest. Recommend place for passing through the city. Housekeeping keeps rooms cleaned and towels stock. Pool is always cleaned and ready to go.

Just ok. Probably not again. Hotel was nice. Upon checking in we started to pay with card, they wanted us to fill out a paper with all our card info including the 3 digit code. Not a good idea, so we paid cash instead. Room was good. First night had to call front desk and ask them to tell people in pool at 11pm to turn down the music. Breakfast was typical scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles. Juice machine was watered down.

Horrible Hotel! Absolutely horrible hotel! How in the world has this been given a “very good” 4 rating?!!! This hotel was filthy! We had our grandchildren with us and we couldn’t let them walk on the floor without their shoes on! We had a sleeper sofa that our five year old grandson was to sleep on and were given no sheets or blankets for it. We went to the front desk to ask for some, and were informed that they had none! We told them they had better come up with some, so an employee grabbed some off a bed in an unsold room! The TV remote in our room didn’t work either. The walls were paper thin, and I have video to prove it! We had a group of at least 10 people yelling, laughing, beating on the wall, watching TV with the volume turned up incredibly loud u til after midnight! The breakfast was disgusting.. really disgusting! There was no fruit offered at all for breakfast, and we had trouble getting our granddaughter to eat anything at all. We did send a complaint to Choice Hotels but have not received any response. One of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in! I would give it a 0 if I could! Steer clear!

Great Hospitality Obviously the people were friendly. It's Louisiana. I like this hotel but little details can make it 5 instead of 4. Here we're small hairs left near the corners around the sink. Other than that, I was still comfortable in my room

Great value It was definitely one of the better hotel stays I’ve had in a very long time. Wry friendly front desk, good breakfast, and quiet. Once the atrium is complete the place will look amazing. Loud AC in the room might be a bit much for some people but it put me to sleep.
