We'd stay again! Great location! Easy to find. Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean room. Refrigerator in the room was quiet! AHHH! There was a Bible in the room. YAY! That is a huge plus!!! Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Tiffany and Sierra have very welcoming smiles and they were very personable. The price was right! Our microwave didn't work very well. The road noise was a bit challenging. There is a daily breakfast. We only went one day. We had sausage and a veggie/egg white omelet and a banana. It was certainly sufficient but if you're tired, I wouldn't lose sleep over getting there on time. There is a Cracker Barrel restaurant right next door. ;-)

Rude front desk personnel I called last night to reserve a room for my mother. She has a disability with her sleep and is required to sleep in a recliner or sectional so she don't have to lean back or lie down. The assistance who answered the phone was very helpful and had me on hold for about 5 minutes as she tried to reach out to the manager. Another young lady then come on the line and said hello. As I began to explain to her the situation, she told me I couldn't have been on hold because the manager was not in and she has been there since 3 pm and hung the phone up in my face. This was very rude and unprofessional. I ended up calling several other hotels near by and was able to get a room at the Holiday Inn Express. Work on your customer service! Semper Fi, W. OK, but not a great visit Didn't realize Sleep Inn is near the economy level for Choice Hotels. The room was OK. Bathroom area was very cramped. Had a small sink and countertop. No clock in the room. Front desk said they don't do that anymore - What! Deadbolt lock on the door was broken. Breakfast - better off going to Cracker Barrel next door.

Good enough Room was nice, clean. Bright light outside window and large gap between curtain and wall meant the room did not get completely dark. Kept me awake. Bed was OK. Can be a long walk to room from elevator/front of building. Breakfast was average. Only had strawberry jelly and strawberry yogurt available ( I am allergic to strawberries) there should always be at least 2 choices in my opinion. It was nice that there were bagels and three types of cereal along with eggs and waffles. And the eggs were actually good.
