Weekend at The Box Great location for a baseball weekend. It was clean and quite, and it wasn't very busy. With traffic being what it is in B.R., it was located close enough to where we wanted to go. Currently booked for the remainder of the season for home games.

Possibly Good for Some Having personally stayed at this property before the rooms have not been kept up IMO The toilet ran ever so often and woke me up multiple times over the 2 night stay. Very annoying. Kitchen sink was very slow draining as was shower. Shower actually would run onto the floor and I used more towels to keep floor dry so I didnt fall than I did to dry myself off. Shower and toilet appeared uncleaned for generations. The dishwasher was free floating (almost fell out of the "enclosure" or lack there of) when I opened it to insert dishes. Carpets were cleaned well as were the bed linens and pillows/cases. Breakfast was very good! The A/C was working very nicely after a long day in the sun. TV sizes were perfect with wide selection of programming. Was nice to crack window a little and get fresh, cool morning air before a long day of work. There are quite a wide variety of GOOD food selections with in walking distance. The running, nasty toilet and dirty shower were deal breakers but not bad enough lose $300. May return. May not. PS: Room 301

Eh...... I do not recommend I would not stay here again. The bed was clean, but that was it. There were a couple of spots in the kitchen (the floor and the counter) that showed evidence of pizza or spaghetti sauce. The dispensers in the shower were not refilled. The pillows seem fluffy, but I woke up several time with my head on the mattress and the sides of the pillows by my ears. Breakfast was free. You get what you pay for.

Never will stay at this place again!!! On checking in we got the most expensive room. We get into the first room and ac was out. Instead of giving us a a new room they made us wait in a 89 degree room for a hour to see if they could fix it. Finally I get upset and go down to front desk and tell them this is not acceptable!! They told me with a very bad attitude that they didn't have any other room to put us in. I said well that's odd because online it shows have have plenty. He very rude again tells me well you don't know the rooms that are out of order. I very calmly told him i have worked in a hotel before and I know when a room is out of order they do NOT show up in the system. He proceeds to not speak to me and just make me new keys for a new room. I ask him what room number and instead of speaking to me he just shows me the room number that's wrote on the card that the keys come in. When we get into the new room their is literal BLOOD STAINS on one of the double beds. I call to tell them they tell me that there is prettt much nothing they can do. Don't offer to come change the sheets nothing and never offers anything. After us being there for two days on the third day I here someone opening up our door. It's actually the front desk very rude man that OPENED OUR DOOR!!!!!! I could of been naked and he literally opened our door. He shuts it and then proceeds to knock. He says that our vehicles were parked to close to the line of handicapped spaces!!!! That we had to move them!!! Remeber after us already being here for two days and our vehicles haven't moved. ! They were two feet from the handicap lines. They were not on the handicap line. They just were upset at us bc their hotel is a piece of trash and their front desk people are the most rudest people I've ever experienced!!! I have pics of the blood stains. I have pics of how far we were from the handicap line. And I have pics of the ac beinf 80 something in a room that they did not want to move us. I will be going to corporate with this. Never again will we stay here. Never!!!
