Decent Budget Hotel. The rooms are very nice. Pretty spacious with a king size bed, two night stands, a big dresser with a mini fridge and microwave, and a small TV on top. There’s a desk and nice chair and finally a comfortable chair to sit in to relax. The bed was reasonably soft, yet firm enough. Everything seemed very clean. The bathroom was decent and has everything you need. The walls between rooms seems sound proof. The only small issues I had were the walls between room and hallway could use some sound insulation. The TV in the room could certainly be bigger. It’s okay size but, not much to spare before just being small. Lastly I had to switch rooms because the toilet wouldn’t stop flushing. They originally didn’t want to switch me because they said it would stop after 10 minutes. It was closer to 20-30 minutes and very loud, so I said no.  The other room was a carbon copy, with a working toilet. So all was good. They have a pool which was nice, but no hot tub. Their breakfast looked nice, but I didn’t try it. The service was friendly and check in and check out both went smoothly. Overall a 4 star review. Would I return? Yes. For a budget hotel, I thought it was very nice. I recommend this place if your not looking to spend an arm and a leg.

Very good experience and will stay there every time we visit family in Battle Creek My husband and I had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Country Inn & Suites in Battle Creek, MI. This was the first time that we stayed there and definitely won't be the last. We stayed in an accessible room with a roll in shower (Room 101) complete with shower chair. The room had 2 double beds which was ok but we prefer to have a king size bed. We really appreciated that the room was close to the front door right past the front desk so that my husband did not have to walk far. The breakfast room was on the other side of the front desk which we appreciated. The breakfast was very good, it included scrambled eggs, link sausage, biscuits & gravy, cereal, waffles, yogurt, mini-muffins, apples, oranges, cereal, etc. Everything was clean and the staff was so friendly. The staff asked if they could get anything for us, if everything was to our liking, etc. As I was rolling the luggage cart out to load my vehicle, the young lady at the desk if I needed any help. I really appreciated the offer. My husband really enjoyed the fresh cookies that were available in the evenings. As we were checking out the manager and owner were both there and we were told that more renovations are being planned. I can't wait until our next trip in the fall to visit family to see what other improvements they will make.

One of the best experiences I’ve had all year! Very clean and appealing design, incredibly kind and gracious staff. I don’t know his name but the evening front desk man on 3/30/24 was wonderful, as well as Nick who greeted me in the morning and was incredibly eager to make sure I had everything I needed and had a comfortable stay overnight. Highly recommend this place!

Clean but room lacked night stand and lamp. The room is clean. Looks like it has been freshly painted. Staff very nice and accommodating. The air conditioning works well. . Negatives. No refrigerator, no night stand or lamp near the bed. Room is a little dark. There is supposed to be a 40 inch tv, this was 32 at the most. Back stairway is a little dark. Pool was open. But I did not use it.

2 WHIRLPOOL RMS, WHIRLPOOL DIDN'T WORK IN EITHER ROOM We checked into a whirlpool room 148. The phone didn't work, Whirlpool didn't work. Had trouble getting the AC working. 3 small pillows for what was supposed to be a KING bed,(for 2 people) queen or regular at best. We asked for a different room after WE found out the Whirlpool did not work. We were assigned the room next door 150. The whirlpool in this room didn't work properly either! Took over 2 hours to fill the whirlpool because the water ran very slowly. The water jets spewed out garbage. When the pump was turned the lights DIMMED in the room. Towels and washcloths were old and rough. Both ice machines on the ground floor were out of order. No milk for the breakfast bar. I can't believe the name Radisson is affiliated with this hotel!
