Was sad I couldn’t get a transmission fluid change and I’m not sure if it’s laziness or seriously stripped and un accessible… oops change was nice and fast. BUT went to Bellevue location asked about transmission fluid change and was recommended to go to Redmond location… came here for nothing because they don’t want to do it either…
They did very good, told me the things they saw wrong with my car & gave me an estimate. Took 3 people 1 hour to clean it inside & out, the smoke smell is gone in the car, they are the best.
