Excellent Very clean and safe place to stay, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Baytown, tried another place one time and our work truck with trailer and ATVs was stolen as soon as we went inside , in broad daylight. If you need anything at all Neil is always willing to go out of his way to help you. Every morning his dad is outside making sure grounds are kept clean, excellent service in the office, security cameras facing every direction. Want to feel safe when away from home, this is the place to be.

Won't Stay Here Again Very run down hotel. Not very clean, vent was gross and not sure what was in it, probably don't want to know. The mice and insects had their own little hotel room in the bathroom “mouse and insect glue trap”. They do not offer breakfast, which is just as well. Will never stay here again!

Roaches and black mold The bed was great!! But that's the only thing. We found roaches in our room. Also there's black mold in the bathroom. The wall in the shower is Boeing in really bad. I pulled out the air conditioner filter and it was completely covered so it hasn't been cleaned and I don't know how long. That is completely uncalled for and nasty.

Horrible smells Looks great on the outside but be prepared for the awful smell inside the rooms. We walked in and were immediately greeted with this horrible smell. We still don’t know what the smell was, but both me and my husband were gagging.

Not that location ever again No customer service no thank you for staying just a comment after charging my card (YOUR DONE!!) I easily could have left but was tired of driving 11hrs and even looked passed the toilet not flushed flushed
