Great hotel! This hotel was wonderful! It was so clean and peaceful. The hotel also was recently remodeled. The pool and hot tub were also very nice and well kept. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very polite and helpful. I have no idea why in the world there were negative reviews of this hotel. We were very pleased and wIIl stay there again.

Wasn’t the worst but I won’t return. Disappointed overall. Pros-Room was nice and clean, location was easy to get to. Safe feeling location. Though lots of people drinking beer in parking lot with kids running around. Comfortable bed. Big enough room for large family. Cons-We called, they said the pool closed at 11 but sign says 10. Upon arriving there was diarrhea or vomit in the hot tub-to confirm this it was on the ground near the pool as well as another person pointed out. I know accidents happen and that’s not the hotels fault HOWEVER after telling them they didn’t close it for cleaning there are people swimming in it today! That’s disgusting! Breakfast is from 6-9:30. Arrived at 8:45….no attendant to refill the food (juice & waffles as my kids were only interested in that). At 9:10 when she showed up she said it was too close to closing and was rude about it. Anyway…it wasn’t the worst but I wouldn’t return.

Nice hotel but not the best. On appearance this seemed to be a top notch hotel. Our check-in was smoothly done and our two rooms adjoining. Our rooms were on the second floor on a short hallway just off the atrium of the main lobby that did allow voices to navigate up from the lobby but were nice, comfortable rooms. The complimentary breakfast was satisfying except for the coffee. It was dispensed from a machine and basically instant coffee in flavor. In departure from my norm, I did NOT get a cup to go when I started down the road. Several days later I learned the hotel had made a charge against my credit card for $30.00 that hit my card as fraudulent. The hotel claimed they had withdrawn the charge (for incidentals) after I checked out but prior to that the charge had been denied by my credit card as fraudulent, something I had never had happen before by a hotel! That resulted in my account being closed until my credit card company could get me a new card. Again, nothing like that has ever happened to me at a hotel before.

Horrible stay!!!! My family and I needed a night "away," and we decided on this place purley because they had a pool and a "hot" tub. Honestly, I'm disappointed in both. The hot tub was NOT hot whatsoever, and the amount of chlorine used in both the pool and hot tub was definitely overkill!! The chlorine was so strong that it made our eyes water as well as my asthmatic family member cough so bad she had to leave!! The room was great, and Ms. Ellen (front desk) was absolutely amazing. But, when we came down for breakfast the next morning, there was NOTHING READY!! Breakfast is supposed to be "served" beginning at 6 a.m. and ending at 9:30 a.m. We came down at 6:05 a.m. and there was nothing but the cereal and milk. The food wasn't placed out for guests until close to 6:30. Lastly, the front desk lady named Misty called the room afterward to let us know there was a billing issue with their system. We went down to the front desk to see what was going on. Basically, she claimed that we didn't pay for the room or we must have paid with cash because she had no record of a payment...? Huh?? She then started i need to pay her for the room.... AGAIN!! I checked my bank account and saw that the payment was indeed charged to my debit card and was "in process." I showed her my banking screen, and she just shrugged, saying she has no record of payment, and i must pay for the room. I asked to speak to the manager but was told that because it was a Sunday, she would not call the manager about the situation. I reluctantly paid for room a 2nd time, hoping that the 1st charge doesn't go through. Needless to say, we regret coming to this establishment and most definitely will NOT be back!!

Really terrible service Customer service is terrible if u want to spent ur time find nearby hotels b/ c there service is unprofessional with rude altitude. There rooms and there breakfast is so good but handling Customer's unorganized and unprofessionalizm....
