Adequate for a week or so My room was ready upon arrival, smoking king. Patel checked me in quickly and efficiently, however I was not acknowledged as a diamond elite Choice Hotel member. I do, however think that I was given one of the nicer rooms because of this. The room I was in 310 appeared to be freshly painted, carpets cleaned and fabric headboard very clean, which is rare in budget motels. The room had the stove top, full fridge and microwave, however the microwave had the previous occupants food in it. Weird. The best was probably a new one because it was hard as a rock, sheets and duvet were nice and clean, but the pillows, (I think thats what they were suppose to be) are flat as pancakes and cant be fluffed. The towels were plentiful, clean and soft. Only draw back was the bathroom amenities. They only give you one small shampoo, which, I am sure if I had asked would have been restocked. They advertise a business center, however it is not working, so couldn't print my boarding passes. I just love how hotels/motels show their very best, and often photo shopped photos. Everything looks so bright and clean. HA! This hotel, quite frankly is old and in need of some exterior upkeep, which it appeared they were doing during my stay here. New parking lot lines, etc. The building itself could use a good hosing down though, or repainting. Anyways, onto the inside. The room itself was large, with plenty of room to move about. Iron and board clean. Stocked with dishes, a pot and pan, but sparse eating utensils and nothing else, No spatula, stirring spoons, etc. It has a 2 cup coffee maker instead of those brew by the cup things, which is important to me, however the coffee packet that they offer is for a single brew use. While the photos show a well stocked market place in the lobby while I was there it was barely stocked with a few small bags of cheetos for 1.00 a couple granola bars, again over priced and a couple of cans of coke products. The continental breakfast is a slim offering of 2 types of off brand cereal or waffles. There was no juice as photos suggested, which I really like in the morning. The eating area is also very dark and dingy. Not welcoming at all. I need a good wi-fi connection for work and I never had a problem with it. It was quick to connect and had good speed. As a diamond elite member I should be accomodated with a late check out. Look, 11 am is ok for most, but I sometimes need to do last minute work in the morning before heading home, and I was told that Patel, the manager does not permit late check out. The reason....they are always full with guests so they need to get the rooms done early. These guests must be ghosts and walk everywhere because the lot rarely had more than a few vehicles in it and I never saw them as I was coming and going throughout all hours from early am until later in the evening. Also, there is no guide for the television. No written guide and no 'television menu' to see what is on. I would have liked to pull up a guide on the television to see what I would like to watch, but couldn't. So I just kept it onTv Land because I can almost tolerate the stuff it broadcasts. Also, while they say that the offer weekly cleaning services the housekeeper would knock on my door every day asking if I needed anything. That is nice, but I wasnt expecting it, and eventually had to ask the front desk to have her stop knocking. I like to sleep in since my work day doesn't start until noon. I am including photos.

DONT STAY HERE I dont usually write reviews but this hotel sucked. Milk in the lobby was spoiled and could have made people sick. I mean come on, Hotel Management 101, atleast keep your food options fresh and safe. People can sue them for this stuff. All machines in excercise room was broken, picture is to fool you. Please improve.

AWFUL! At first, the hotel wasn't bad. The manager was nice IN THE BEGINNING. After we had been there awhile, we started finding roaches in our room. One crawling on our pillow, one in the kitchen, one that crawled across my foot .. they were everywhere! And someone comes and "sprays" the rooms and what happens?! You find MORE roaches! DISGUSTING, DISGUSTING, DISGUSTING!! Don't waste your money!!

Rude Manager The man who owns the hotel is VERY RUDE. When I first tried to check in he told me that I did not reserved my room when I did and I had an email confirmation. When I requested for extra towels he told me I couldn't get an extra towels because I had "EXTRA" guests in my room. Then he accused me of these guest staying the night and they needed to pay extra.. Was taking a shower and a roach came out of no where. Told the manager that we had roaches and he did NOTHING about it. WORST hotel experience I have EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. Do not stay here I tell you!!!!

Make sure to get everything in writing This is an extended stay hotel. We were quoted one price when we first looked at the hotel and then were charged a different price when we moved in. We complained and the manager denied he had ever quoted a lower price. He finally took off the amount for the city tax, which he would have had to have done anyway since we were there for longer than 30 days. Manager was nice, but was pretty much a one man shop. Several times our key didn't work and when we would go to the desk to get it reactivated, nobody would be at the desk. One time we waited for 30 minutes before the manager came to reactivate the key. He also made phantom charges on our credit card and we never received any receipts so we are not sure what the charges were for.The fitness center was a joke. None of the machines worked. The back door by the pool was supposed to only be entered by those with a key but the door was broken so anyone could get in. The only people I ever saw eating at the breakfast area were staff members. There was just cold cereal and coffee. The knob to turn the stovetop on is situated behind the refrigerator and is hard to find and turn on. However, the bed was comfortable and the room was a good-sized. The cleaning staff took care not to let our cat out of the room, which we appreciated. If you have a pet, you have to stay on the 3rd floor which is where the smoking rooms are. Even if your room is non-smoking, you will still be able to smell cigarette smoke in the room. The elevator smelled like cigarette smoke too. I won't say it was horrible, because it wasn't. However, we moved to a different hotel which had slightly lower rates and where there is always someone at the front desk.
