Pleasant experience Carla in the restaurant was friendly , efficient and took great care of us. The front desk did everything possible to please. The hotel was clean but some updates would be helpful, particularly in the air conditioning units. Would stay here again

Undergoing renovation- lots of issues We had over night stays twice over a few weeks time. Good points- the staff was great and very helpful. Our first room was nice and relatively clean an we slept well. We had our dog with and it was not easy to find a good place to walk her. With all the construction materials/trash, going out back made it challenging. Return trip, different room and no comparison. Aware the room was not renovated yet but it should not be even used. Black specks coming from faucet water and in toilet. Toilet was barely seated properly. Lots of wear and tear and clearly housekeeping does not clean under the beds- our puppy found a few things before we restricted her from running around. This time we had breakfast. First ones in when the door opened and everything was cold or barely warm. The French Toast was too hard to chew. Bacon undercooked and piled in a big lump. Eggs not warm. Certainly would not eat breakfast here and perhaps we may stay again but there are other pet friendly hotels on our route that we would choose first.

Great service! I always have an amazing experience here and am well taken care of. Had a burger with everything on it and it was amazing ! Very generous proportions! Bat was clean and full, nothing on the menu was out. AC works great, tons of friendly people and good vibes.

Great stay Much better than my stay at Springhill Suites. Very clean and up to date technology and appearance. Right next to my favorite location Chick F-ila. Queen size beds are very comfortable and worth the amount to stay. Technology in the room is updated. Large TVs and Fast WiFi.

Pakistan owner ungrateful Van, Walter(breakfast man) and Zerk were amazing!!! Morning of May 15th. I was checking out early due to having a meeting in New Jersey. Upon check out I was going to take my breakfast to go in a box. I was informed by Walter that the owner was watching the cameras on the 14th and was mad that Walter provide me with a small to go box for the leftover food I had on my plate. I did not want any conflict or had the time, so I told Zerk to refund me the $5.00 charge on my card. Since I prepaid for my room and breakfast for two mornings. Zerk did so and provide me the front desk manager name to follow up with. It is very narrow-minded that an owner from Pakistan who was able to come to America and live tax free for six years. Got upset with a employee for giving out excellent hospitality. Over food that was PAID for in advance! For this Pakistan owner to watch cameras so hard. Where else does he have cameras hidden at and who else is looking at patrons coming to that location?
