Poor standard of accomodation/service and zero customer service The room was absolutely Baltic! I complained when we arrived at 2pm, again at 7pm and again at 9pm ! On each occasion I was told it was dealt with , ended up with a heater left in the room ?not plugged in ! Then had to get a fan heater ! Got no sleep with the noise of 2 heaters! The 2 course meal, was chip shop style, the honey chicken was a sticky mess and the fish was half raw , nobody came to table to ask if everything was ok. At checkout I informed the staff member that I was not happy and I wanted to speak to manager. There was none available , I left my email and mobile number to be contacted yesterday , and still no contact !! Very disappointing

Incredible staff - Stewart and Slaim ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What truly made our stay exceptional here was the night staff. From the moment we arrived late in the evening, Stewart and Slaim (apologies if I am spelling this incorrectly) were attentive, and genuinely kind, going above and beyond in ways that can’t be taught. They anticipated needs, handled everything with calm efficiency, and made us feel genuinely welcome and looked after, even in the quietest hours of the night. This stay was a powerful reminder that excellent human service goes a long way. Beautiful rooms and great facilities matter, but it’s people like these two who turn a good hotel into an unforgettable one. Their professionalism, empathy, and positive energy left a lasting impression. Huge credit to the them..you made all the difference.

A bit disappointing to be honest. A bit disappointing to be honest. I've stayed at the Clayton in Dublin and was very impressed. As a result, I booked the Clayton Belfast for a friends weekend in Belfast. My room was very tired, the windows didn't close properly so the wind whistled in all night. There were random hairs in the bath and the room generally looked shabby.

Can’t fault it Amazing location right in the heart of the city. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the rooms were lovely and comfortable, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. A really great stay from start to finish — can’t wait to go back
