Moldy and bad Appel Let me start off by saying I called a day in advance and they gave me a price I told them that I will be in the next day in the morning they said no problem and I asked if I needed to reserve they said we have plenty of rooms so I ended up showing up and the price changed by $15 I asked why they said that it changes on the daily basis based on The demand of rooms I asked for corporate number and I still ended up paying it because I didn’t think it was fair to show up to the room and there was $100 deposit I was OK with thanking that the rooms were going to be OK showed up and there is mold holes all over the hotel room I’m writing this review before checking out so if they do not give me my deposit or if there is an issue I would definitely write another review one as far as my experience goes this is gonna be a bad review let’s just hope it doesn’t get worse and then I’m trying to keep my deposit for stuff that was already there also there was no hot water and I called the front desk and they said that the maintenance people would arrive at 7:30 at night it’s hard to take a shower in the morning when they have issues like this and can’t be resolved until 7:30 PM the AC did get cold so far I give it one star and I wish I could give more but that’s all it’s worth to me at this time also there was mold and hole’s it smells like poison not sure if it’s a good thing or bad

Really bad! Stayed for one night prior to early flight, this hotel is far from Quality. Have to do business thru a window at ALL HOURS. Carpet throughout is disgustingly filthy, my room phone was inoperable & clearly staff did not care. When tried to get another room, several people smoking cigarettes directly in front of rooms even though signage clearly shows 25 feet away!!!! Will never stay here ever again

Old & Dirty The front desk worker was very rude! She didn’t even answer the phone and I was standing right in front of her and she was watching the phone ring, I didn’t get her name but this was on Oct 29, 2019. The rugs are dirty! The bathroom needs a complete makeover, and that hot water can give someone a 3rd degree burn. And put some brighter lights in the rooms! I will never stay here AGAIN! only good thing about this hotel was the location, it was near a lot of stores.

Terrible place to stay. We took a trip down the coast, staying at 7 different hotels and all were good except for this one. There were stains on our towels and sheets. We asked for new linens and were given a pile of sheets for a smaller sized bed. The bathtub was old and stained with chips. The carpets in the room and whole hotel were disgusting. The message light in our room kept flashing after we had cleared year old messages and told front desk. At breakfast the juice machine was broken. They gave us a $30 credit for our inconvenience for two nights after we asked for some kind of rebate but didn’t really seem to care. I won’t be staying at a Quality Inn again! Photo shows dirty bath mat and stained tub.
