Great Again! I came in early and as always, they were happy to accommodate me. I'm not sure who does the hiring here yet, they should be recognized. Tonya at the front desk is a prime example of why. Tonya was helpful, professional, and friendly all with a smile. This Red Roof is not only in a good location, they also have a great staff. :-)

Will probably not stay again Came in for the weekend for the game. Since Ann Arbor hotels were all booked we had to look at other options, and choose Red Roof Inn Belleville. I'm just going to list the pros and cons of our stay, and let readers make their own decision about staying here. We were told hotel was fully booked, so changing rooms was not an option. Our conclusion, we will not be returning. Cleanliness and sanitary conditions are important, and this hotel was below the bar for sure. Pros: Check in process was very smooth and quick. Staff was friendly. Location was next to many restaurants and stores, in case anything was needed. Pet friendly. Ice and Vending machines next to lobby. Cable worked just fine. It was quiet. No sign of bedbugs. Cons: Room itself was not very clean at all, including bathroom. Wrappers found on floor, sink not clean. Floor was very dirty and sticky in bedroom area. Like something had been spilled and not mopped, you could see an outline where it had dried. Sheets appeared clean, but blankets had many gross stains all over. Thankfully we brought our own. Microwave did not work. Food and drinks were left in the mini fridge from previous guests. Room was TINY. Area between bed and desk barely left enough room for one person to pass through, two ppl could not, it was a king room, but the bed took up 90% of room. Parking lot was not the best lit on backside. On checkout, we were taking bags to car and spotted two small roaches scurrying under fridge. Not happy about that at all. There was vomit in grass/sidewalk area where a guest had been getting sick that we had to step over, it was in main walkway. There was also a condom in parking space by our vehicle. Gross. Overall, close proximity to things is not enough to outweigh cons. Will look elsewhere for our upcoming trips.

Good for the Price This is NOT a $100. room, but for the price it was clean and quiet. Staff very accommodating as well. The motel is a older one, but my stay was fine, good clean bed, lots of clean towels also. AC worked excellent. Oh yes, Cracker Barrel next door with great food!

A mostly good stay We stayed three nights during the "Thunder over Michigan" weekend. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and reasonably comfortable, and handy to shopping, restaurants, and the festivities we came see. Minor maintenance was needed, the door latch plate was very loose and the shower control dribbled water. The biggest surprise was the flies. We had to swat at least 20 flies before I could tolerate the room. Several other guests that we talked with also had to purchase fly swatters. You won't get anything but coffee for breakfast at Red Roof Inns.
