Comfort and convenient Reasonable prices. Comfortable and clean room. Nice breakfast. Hot and cold choices each day. There is a laundry room on site. The workout room was nice but the treadmill was out of order. It was fairly quiet each night that I stayed. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place for families and pets! We were heading to Omaha to see family but an unforseen illness changed our plans while on our way! (I recommend getting the insurance now.) Since we didn't have insurance, we missed the window to make changes/cancel our stay. This also meant our dog would be joining us in the room. At check in, the lady on staff was super nice and helped me with all the paperwork and when told about the sudden addition of the dog was happy to assist me to add the pet policy paperwork/charge as well. It was no big deal and she was very eager to welcome our extra guest. He even got some treats! This was our second stay and it was just as good as the first. Great staff and rooms, and all at a great price in an excellent part of the metro. I recommend this place to all folks who want a quiet, safe place they can stay at for work, family or any other reason!

Wake up to wildlife It's a great location. It's nice to see wildlife running around in the back field and still close to all amenities. Staff was friendly and a feeling of being secure helps in getting your rest. Good comfortable beds too.

Nice place to stay I have stayed at a Microtel before and have had good experiences. This one is in a good location; not too far from downtown Omaha and in a quiet location away from traffic noise. When we left the Orpheum Theater after a night performance, the drive avoided downtown traffic and lights. There was little traffic enroute to our hotel. There is a RUNZA right next door and other eating establishments very close. We didn't have time for shopping, but the map shows that there are some options nearby. The queen beds were comfortable and ample pillows were provided. We made use of the mini frig in our room. There was no traffic noise and the front parking area is well-lit. The one complaint that I do have is the bad breakfast: We were told it starts at 6:30. When we went at 7:30, the gravy was barely even room temperature let alone hot, the apple juice tasted like straight water, and the orange juice had a funky flavor- kind of similar to the way mold smells. Thankfully there were fresh apples and bananas in addition to yogurt and dry cereal. If we had a long drive ahead of us, we probably would have needed to supplement this with a fast food breakfast. Despite the disappointing breakfast, we decided we would stay here again next time we are in Omaha.
