Good experience Young lady at check in was pleasant and helpful. Large room, bedroom and shower area clean. Breakfast , taken in reception area, was sufficient and items were immediately replenished. Only a few minutes walk to bars, restaurants and micro breweries.

Not worth the low price The old adage "You get what you pay for" rings true here, and it just wasn't worth the low price. Outdated motel and room, shower not very clean or modern, sketchy characters in parking lot, prepackaged items for "breakfast" so we just skipped and went out for real food.

MISERABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTITUDE OF STAFF! Accidentally left my iPad when I checked out. After the trip, I called to see if they would ship it and was told "NO." After asking for the manager, I was told that the manager would not be in until the next day. Calling the next day, I was told the manager would not be in and may not be in the day after that. When asked about shipping my iPad to me, I was told, we don't do that. I offered to pay and still received a no. To retrieve it, I would have to travel back to the hotel and get it in person. When I asked about the availability of the manager, I was told "Well, we have private lives too!" Too bad customer service is not included when you book here. DON'T TAKE A CHANCE ON THIS PLACE. IT IS DEFINATELY NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!!

Avoid at all cost I booked this motel because we just needed a place to stay for one night and the price was quite reasonable and ratings were good, but NO! This is a terrible place, and I would have paid a bit more to stay at a much better place. Let me enumerate why. 1. Floor is linoleum. I have never stayed anywhere where floor was linoleum. 2. Beds were not comfortable and worn out. I was literally afraid there could be bed bugs (there weren't) 3. The whole place is old and needs renovation, especially the bathroom. 4. The breakfast was "grab-and-go" and the choices were quite limited - yogurt, some fruits, small muffins in packages, etc. I am definitely not coming back to this place.

No elevator or breakfast We had to stop for the night because of wildfires there wasn't much choice of hotels. The reviews about breakfast were true, there wasn't one. cereal bars do not constitute a breakfast. There was no elevator , so we had multiple trips up the stairs which my husband has bad knees, it was a problem.
