Good, Clean, Secure place to stay in Bend. Good place to stay in Bend. Close to activities, has basic hot breakfast. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, etc. Clean, quiet rooms, has barn door style slider door in the bathroom, not a huge fan, but apparently “The” style now days. Good price for the services rendered!

Hiway robbery Very over priced, not business friendly if working in the area. Employees seem they don't want to be there. No general manager running the place. I'll take my business trips somewhere else, not support this business anymore. Will not recommend this business to anyone working in the area.

Don’t count on breakfast Not filthy but not super clean. Breakfast? What breakfast??? Toaster…broke, juice and water? Nope machine not working. Out of eggs, hash browns, bacon and coffee. I can’t blame the one employee they had making the food she was trying while 2 people sat at the front desk :(.

Great Value Manager Gail was impressive and professional. She had an amazing attitude in dealing with stressed customers. She made sure our accommodations met our reservation requests, addressed our concerns and did it with a wonderful smile.

So many things wrong toilet didn't work, window seals broken so no view of mountains, no breakfast available, no cleaning staff available for stayover rooms, light bulbs burned out
