Berlin Perfect location. There is a nice park for jogging nearby. Good transport infrastructure nearby. Nice SPA in the hotel.

Wonderful stay Been using NH Alexanderplatz for 20 years for stays in Berlin. Excellent rooms, very professionel and friendly staff offering excellent service.

Wunderbar! Lovely hotel. We had a spotlessly clean, spacious room on the fifth floor with good rooftop views. The walk in shower was great with plentiful hot water. The hotel has good green/eco initiatives with dispenser soap, shampoo, and shower gel, instead of the wasteful small bottles. If you don't have your room serviced or change your towels, you get a free drink the bar the next day which is a great idea. The location of the hotel is wonderful being on the edge of the Volkspark Friedrichshain park. Lots of paths through the park, lovely fountains, and a nice cafe. There is a frequent tram near the hotel into Alexanderplatz. The breakfast was fantastic with a huge continental selection of pastries, cheese, fruit, and hot foods. A fantastic base for exploring Berlin.

Nice short stay. Nice place and nicely decorated. Checkin and checkout were fast and smooth. Location is good, since it is close to a tram stop. Room was nice and clean. It is wheelchair/pram friendly, since there is an elevator. Breakfast buffet was also good. Overall, we were happy.

Our go to hotel in Berlin! This was our 7th stay at the hotel in our 10 holidays to the city. The hotel is about 10 minutes by tram from Alexanderplatz, so don’t think it is located there. It is located close to Volkspark Friedrichshain, a lovely park for walking around in the summer. There is a tram stop 100 meters from the hotel in either direction, with trams every 3/4 minutes into Alexanderplatz. The rooms are clean, modern and well appointed with a safe in each room. We stay at the hotel on a room only basis, so I have never eaten at the hotel as there is such variety of eateries in Berlin, I don’t want to be tied to a hotel meals wise. Staff are friendly and attentive. Just an all round great hotel.
