One night in Alabama Hard to find the right hotel as they are NOW Baymont. However, once we found the hotel we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was nice and clean. Check in was smooth and pretty quick. Beds were comfortable and the pillows were a standard pillow. The shower water pressure was awesome! However, the showers weren't very hot. Breakfast was ok but we came in the last hour. It might have been better if we had gotten there right at 6. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, cereals, bagels, muffins and the standard Breakfast drinks. I would stay again. The rates were very reasonable.

Best stay ever I took the kids to the water park and stayed at this hotel for a few days. It’s very safe and clean. The full breakfast was excellent. All the fresh coffee you can drink. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had specific designated areas for everything you need to have fun and relax. I will definitely stay here again.

Don't trust the listed amenities. Call and verify. Check in was smooth and I was given a room in spite of arriving earlier than the official check-in time. The staff was extremely courteous and I was most impressed by the lady named Gina in the Breakfast Cafe'. She was just genuinely kind and helpful. My issue has to do with the amenities listed when I was booking that weren't available upon arrival. I knew I wanted access to an indoor pool and was willing to splurge a little to have access. I also wanted access to a business center. When I got done considering my priorities, I was left with two choices-Holiday Inn or Fairfield that matched pretty much for amenities and pricing. However, Fairfield indicated online that their indoor pool wasn't accessible because of reconstruction so I chose Holiday Inn. Imagine my chagrin when I arrived and their indoor pool was closed for maintenance (according to the sign.) Looked more like it was closed due to lack of maintenance. I was happy to have access to the gym (which was minimalist) however, in spite of signs telling you to wipe down machines and designating a place to return towels neither was there-wipes nor towels! While the room was clean and the water pressure was excellent, I feel cheated by not having the other features I'd planned to enjoy. I could have paid a lot less for a clean room and a free breakfast. Quality Inn next door would have saved me nearly $40 per night! I've stayed there before and they have clean rooms, a great b'fast & great internet. So in addition to not having a business center (they have meeting rooms) but not a business center for copies and faxing, their internet is pure trash. So they work that I'm trying to do is being thwarted by inconsistent internet that is killing my time efficiency. I'm writing a page or two page responses and then the internet goes down and I lose all the data I just entered because I didn't realize I would need to stop and save every paragraph. Simple tasks that would take 30-45 minutes now have taken over 2 hours while I tap my toes waiting for the internet to respond!! I'm disgusted and angry by how their disingenuous listing of their amenities has inconvenienced me!

Short stop on the way home. Short stop on the way home. Old hotel that needs some updating. Clean rooms, nice staff, plenty of parking. The area is full of places to eat, get gas, do a little shopping, close to downtown and easy to navigate the entire area.

Affordable & Excellent service Wonderful service again (2nd visit) and excellent staff. One of the few places I look forward to interactions, especially for breakfast. My dad was so impressed he began sharing his experience and we realized the same lady had greeted us and held conversation.
