Beverly Hills experience Nice hotel. Small rooms but very nicely decorated and modern. Fun vibe. Very big hotel so not intimate. The hotel is very Beverly Hills, decor wise and style wise. Good location. We were hire around the time of the Oscars so it was busy but otherwise the staff was helpful

Perfect location, but construction noise Great location & friendly staff. Their valet service was quick and all of the valets were so friendly. The only negative was constant construction noise outside our room. I would not hesitate to stay here again, but only once the construction is complete.

Super staff and experience on our 25th wedding anniversary! My wife and I recently stayed one night at the Beverly Hilton to celebrate our 25th anniversary and had an overall great experience! Though we were disappointed to learn that the pool renovations had not been completed, the staff made sure we were taken care of properly. Starting with Elvira at the front desk, we were set up in a corner room on the 6th floor…gorgeous views of Beverly Hills and golf course. They had champagne and strawberries waiting for us in our room. So cool! Amalia, the housekeeper, checked in to see of we needed anything. She was so friendly and took good care of us. Mary, at the Circa 55 bar, made delicious drinks we enjoyed while watching the activity on the Sunset. When the pool restoration is complete, we plan to return and enjoy The Beverly Hilton!

Never Again I was so excited for my stay at the Beverly Hilton. However, I cannot express how disappointed I am with this property and management. Prior to making my reservation, I called the property and discussed a medical condition. The person I spoke with was understanding and assured me the accommodations I required would be met. Once I arrived at the property, the accommodations were subpar at best. Not only did the lobby and common areas have an abundance of fragrance pumped through the air, but my individual room had an overwhelming amount of fragrance. The conditions went beyond uncomfortable and were frankly unbearable. I developed severe migraines and nausea that last throughout the duration of my stay. My attempts to remedy with management went unaddressed. It is clear this property does not care about every guest's experience and is only motivated by financial gains; customer service is non-existent. The cleanliness of the rooms can be improved. Lastly, the pool was not open during my stay. I would never consider this property for a future stay. If you are looking for a luxury hoteI with luxury service and amenities, I would look somewhere else.

Feel Like A Star Loved this hotel the staff are super lovely. We ate in Circa 55 which has a great outdoor area with amazing views of Beverly Hills & LA. The Moscow Mules at happy hour were fabulous. We had booked a double double with a terrace as I wanted to sit out after our days of site seeing but on entering the room it overlooked all the construction work so after a quick trip to reception they moved us to the front of the hotel and upgraded us to a junior king. The pool area is closed but that’s ok as we wouldn’t have used it anyway but you can swim at a sister hotel. The gym was what you would expect in a hotel and ok for a quick workout. I really loved the refillable water bottles. There are filtered water stations on every floor well done Beverly Hilton.
