Don't hesitate. This place is GREAT. Our family absolutely LOVED our stay at Saddle Ridge. We traveled during the Thanksgiving holiday, and likely due to Covid and also that the mountain doesn't open until Thanksgiving Day, we had very few 'neighbors' for the first few days of our trip. The location is INCREDIBLE and the views right from the living room were fabulous. I got up early every morning just to see the sunrise. The kids were able to sled every day, and we took long walks over the pedestrian bridges to go exploring. Once the mountain opened, the kids took ski lessons and had a blast. I HIGHLY recommend Saddle Ridge to anyone considering a trip to Big Sky. The unit was incredibly clean and all of our questions were answered before we arrived. Absolutely flawless experience.

Getting Ripped Off at Vacasa Vacation Rental’s We recently stayed at 6 Lower Saddle Ridge Unit 1 and it was awful. Chipped plates and bowls. Very few glasses. Cheap towels. Stained & wrong size bed linens. Dishwasher filter full of old food. I was afraid to get in the hot tub. _☠️_!!!!!!!!!!

Thumbs down on U1 home at 6 Saddle Ridge. Thunbs up on location. 6 lower Saddle Ridge U1 - The location of this property is beautiful. Everything else not so much. We paid close to $10,000 to rent this uni for the week. It’s listed as ski in and out. What is missing is that you have to enter and exit through the primary bedroom and end up tracking snow into that bedroom. The door also did not close properLy so there was some snow that blew into the bedroom. The glass in the slider is being held into slider with painters tape and it’s drafty. The primary bedroom also is cold. Space heaters provided. The unit has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people. There were not enough bowls or cups so dishes were being washed every meal and wine glasses used for drinking throughout the day. Bedding was stained. In particular small blood stains and what looked like a urine stain on two duvets. There are no pillow covers. We doubled up with pillowcases. Towels are low quality. Thin and rough like those found at budget motels. We were told that we need to buy trash bags as they are not included and are not considered an amenity. No instructions provided for garbage or recyclables. When we found the exterior garbage container it was full so we kept our garbage bag inside. The dishwasher wasn’t cleaning and when we looked, and took out filter, it appeared it wasn’t cleaned. We cleaned it Bathrooms were clean. Carpets were vacuumed. Lots of cobwebs and some stains in carpet and on the main floor. The homeowner should pay more attention to details and leave instructions for renters. FYI, washing machine detergent pods were left under kitchen sink and likely used by many in the dishwasher and there are no tissues in the unit. For $10,000 we expected less aggravation and would have appreciated more instructions and clean bedding materials. Love the location. The unit is not worth what we paid for this rental. BTW if you are renting a car and here in the winter you will need all wheel drive and good tires. Plowing often occurs when the storm ends. We were stuck after sliding into a snow bank on the property. Took a tow truck from Bozeman and several hundred dollars to pull us out.

It was ok... My wife and I rented Unit J-4 in the Saddle Ridge Condominiums as a base for our visit to Yellowstone National Park. We arrived at night and the property wasn’t easy to find, despite directions given by the ‘host’. There are no streetlights and the unoccupied condos are all dark, fortunately I brought a flashlight and used it to find our unit. We had to use the car lights to retrieve the key from the lockbox. The condo itself was clean and the management company does a good job of stocking the bathrooms and kitchen with the essentials. The unit has three bedrooms with two bathrooms and a washer/dryer, which was convenient. There was a low-level electrical hum emitting from the ceiling area of the master bedroom. While it didn’t bother my wife, I had to sleep downstairs in a bunk bed. The third bedroom contains a Murphy bed which has no headboard. The property has no A/C and although the listing states it has a TV, there is no cable or satellite. There are a few other maintenance items that needed to be addressed. We couldn’t access the deadbolt key from the lockbox. The doorknob was loose and hard to lock from the inside. The shower curtain in the master bathroom was moldy and needed replacing. The hair dryer plug was held together with tape and had exposed wiring. The water filter in the refrigerator needed replacing. The unit needs nightlights on the stairwells and bathrooms. The property does have a great view of the valley below...

Saddle Ridge Unit U-1 Truly Ski in / Ski out. Literally put your skis on at the back door, point them downhill and you're at the chairlift in a few turns. Go through the powder and you're there even faster. Great amenities, plenty of space, great parking. Property Manager Matt super to work with. 1st time at Saddle Ridge, have stayed in Cowboy Heaven over the past 10 years. Would definitely stay at Saddle Ridge again.
