Mother daughter trip We Loved the separation between the sink and bathroom so 2 can get ready easily. The Beds were super comfortable. I had four soft pillows to curl up with for a great night's sleep. Breakfast was included and directly across the parking lot. Bakery items and resturant really hit the spot.

Stay Here Conveniently located in central downtown Billings. Check in and out was easy. Staff were very friendly. Room was clean, bed comfortable, and bathroom was clean. Breakfast is at a restaurant a few feet away and you’re given a coupon with a list of choices. Adequate parking. Lots of eating establishments within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

This is great hotel and the team represents Best Western well. The breakfast provided is at Stella’s Kitchen/Bakery. Great breakfast at Stella’s Kitchen/Bakery. This small restaurant is open from about 0530 to about 1500 and they have their own bakery there. They make homemade fruit pies and cinnamon rolls. The normally have breakfast and lunch and serves breakfast only on Sundays. Great restaurant.

Breakfast was the best This Best Western was hard to locate, and parking was tight, as they had under cover parking. Mathew was efficient at check in. Pros - very clean, good bed and linens, vanity outside the bathroom, Keurig coffeemaker in room. Cons - Small room with not enough room to set bags, connecting door (we asked for NO connecting door), No hot water in shower, whirlpool tub didn't work. Breakfast - We received a voucher to Stella's Cafe (next door) and I had, French Toast, 1 egg, 2 bacon slices and coffee, Hubby had Biscuits and sausage gravy, 1 egg, hash browns and coffee.

Stay away This is maybe worth $116 a night at best. Certainly not $250+ for the king suite. Our room wasn’t properly cleaned, with a washcloth from the previous guest still hanging over the shower curtain. We also had quite a few ants in our room And we didn’t have pillows for the sofa bed despite me putting on the booking that we would need sofa bed linens (there were none when we checked in but the young male quickly brought us sheets and a blanket) and despite me requesting them a number of times from the staff - who told us they simply didn’t have any and there was nothing they could do. Absolutely insane to not have enough pillows for the booked rooms at a hotel and to not empower your employees enough to have them focus on finding solutions instead of raising their voices (the older woman who took over the phone from the young man) and then just suggest (knowing all the above mentioned issues) at 8:30pm that we just check out and find another hotel - while we have small children who were in bed trying to sleep already. Absolutely horrible. Delicious breakfast next door at Stella’s
