Avoid this hotel. This was the worst hotel stay ever. Totally unprofessional staff - no uniform. The foyer was littered with boxes and the area behind the reception was very untidy. Our Studio King room was not ready 3 hours after check - in time. A delay while the supposed receptionist received help to find a clean room. We were moved to a suite “at no extra charge”. This room was uncarpeted as promised and held neither a toaster or a coffee/tea maker as promised. Breakfast was included, but it was a to go. A muffin or coffee, not the usual American continental breakfast provided in other hotels.

Basic experience despite some higher reviews that lure you in. CIgarette city. For some reason this hotel doesn't below in rubbish bins for cigarette butts. Instead, it allows every man and his dog to flick their remains into the front garden and the carpark. If it ever decided to clean up the exterior, they'd certainly need more than one skip bin. As for the interiors, that's not much better. It's in need of some serious upkeep and ongoing maintenance. Yet another example of greedy owners/managers who'd rather chase dollars than protecting their investment.

Complete and utter disappointment Avoid this place. I've stayed in a lot of hotels, including a lot of Extended Stay America sites, and it's rare to experience this kind of disappointment. They say the suites have a fully equipped kitchen, but there's not much you can do with a microwave and stove if you don't have plates, utensils or cookware, not to mention paper towels or napkins. The rooms have no coffee makers. That would be somewhat forgivable if there was always coffee available in the lobby, but that's not the case. I had an early meeting and not only was there no coffee downstairs, but nobody works the front desk overnight. The clerk who checked me in never looked at me once. She also made some mistakes typing in my information and then said she wasn't able to fix them. And to top it off, the elevator was out of order. It's not great hauling luggage up the stairs. I'm going to avoid ESA sites from now on. I just can't chance this kind of experience happening again.

AWFUL I don’t write reviews unless it was spectacular or awful. My experience was AWFUL. The front desk lady was incredibly rude. The elevator was broken. The lobby and hallways smelled like marijuana. The room was disgusting. It looked like blood or ketchup on the bathtub. Dirty spots on the floor near the bed. Crumbs, dust bunnies and who knows what else was under the bed. The mattress pad had stains all over the side of it. There was a half eaten sandwich in the garbage can. Crumbs in the kitchen drawers. Crumbs in the microwave. Appliances were not wiped down, inside or out and who knows what was in the cupboards. It is not a safe feeling hotel and I do NOT recommend this place to anyone!! Might be great for a group of construction men needing a cheap place to stay while working, but definitely not for a family or a single woman on a business trip!!! YUCK!!!
