Beware of this location Beware of double billing by this location. I was billed by Choice Privileges and Sleep Inn also billed me for the same 2 days. I left messages for the supervisor to call me and never received a call. Poor customer service. This is no way to treat a traveler.

Awful We paid almost $200 for a room . Right when we first got there the front desk lady was asleep behind the counter then we finally got checked in went to our room and the ac didn't work so we sat in there uncomfortable and hot them i asked the front desk lady a few questions about staying again and she was absolutely rude and lazy and wouldn't look how much it was to rent again n she wouldn't even look . I would like my money back

Dirty and run down Stay as far away as possible from this hotel. The first room they put us in there was hair on the bed. Went to the front desk and they moved us to another room and that is where the carpet was so dirty that after taking a shower my feet got dirty. The bottom of my slippers were black after wearing them in this room. Thr room smelled of mold which I am allergic to. Also on the day we were leaving a black bug came running across the floor. The toilet doesn’t flush very good at all. I will never stay in this hotel again.

Check your receipts Came across this place on our way to South Dakota.. Without a reservation we inquired about room for the night. A delightful young lady assisted us in booking a room for the evening. There was some confusion at first first when room was being occupied by someone who had extended her stay.. given another room at that time.. room was small but satisfactory…breakfast was hot and ample food available.. Only problem was that we were charged twice for room and it showed up on our banking app as no receipts were given.. they suspended one night stay and we are waiting for the $$ to be paid back…

UNACCEPTABLE SLEEP INN THE HOTEL WAS DRAB IN NEED OF A RENOVATION. THE DESK CLERK WAS TOTALLY UNINTERESTED IN GOOD SERVICE. WE ASKED FOR A ROOM WITH TUB AND SHOWER COMBINATION, WE WERE TOLD THEY HAVE IT. WE CHECKED IN TO FIND THERE WAS ONLY A SHOWER, WE ASKED TO CANCEL THE CHARGES AND WE WOULD GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL, WE WERE REFUSED BEING TOLD THEY CANNOT REVERSE THE PAYMENT. WE ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER, MR KHAN,WHOIS NEVER AVAILABLE. WE HAVE TRIED ON MANY OCCESSIONS TO CONTACT MR KHAN WE LEFT OUR PHONE NUMBER, NEVER EVEN HAD THE COURTESY OF A REPLY. TRIED TO CONTACT THE CORPORATE OFFICE OF HOTEL (CHOICE INNS), THERE IS NO CONTACT INFORMATION EXCEPT A CALL CENTRE WHO ARE UNABLE TO RESOLVE THE SITUATION. WE STAYED THERE NOVEMBER 20,2023 AND WILL ONLY HAVE A BAD MEMORY OF THE CHOICE INN CORPORATION. THEY DONT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CONCERN FOR THEIR NAME THAT IS ON THE BULK HEAD OFTHEIR PROPERTIES. WE WOULD APPRECIATE A PHONE CALL BACK FROM SOMEBODY WITH AUTHORITY TO TRY AND RESOLVE THIS DREADFUL EXPERIENCE. GERRY
