Average Since Holiday Inn has “updated” their look, we find the rooms cold, dark, and less comfortable. That said, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was good. We will likely stay here again, provided the price was right. There are lots of options available in the area, so they will have to keep their rates competitive.

Michigan Road trip might 1 Hotel clean… rooms are kept clean as well. A great place to stay if you are doing road trips to get your night’s sleep. Only thing that was concerning was there is no air conditioning in the halls or the main lobby. I felt for the poorLady at the front desk as it was hot. The windows were open and there were fans running, but when you are dealing with humidity, it doesn’t help a lot. Please be kinder in that respect to your employees. Nicole was amazing and accommodated us. Cheers.

Holiday Inn Express Birch Run Mi Nice Quiet and Clean We stayed here June 20,2023 and it is a nice and clean hotel , it is south of Frankenmuth, the hotel is well taken care of and the rooms are updated and clean, everyone has been very nice, we have a king room and the beds are comfortable, and this hotel does offer breakfast and they do have an indoor pool

Quiet hotel near the highway. This hotel is was centrally located with driving distance access to shopping and easy off/on the highway. The rooms were clean and quiet with an excellent shower (if you like lots of pressure). Front desk staff was very helpful and ensured that we had a positive experience at the hotel. Elevators allowed for easy access to rooms. Breakfast was included featuring biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage , yogurt, cereal etc. Standard Holiday Inn fare. Pricing was competitive with other hotels in the area. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Thank Goodness for IHG What a great hotel! I had the most exuberant welcome ever from Sahara. She made sure I felt welcome and had all the information I needed. The hotel is easy to find and has lots of parking. My double room was modern, large and clean. There was plenty of room to store my luggage and a bench to lay my bags on. The bathroom had plenty of light and best of all…. it had a fan! Very few hotel bathrooms have fans anymore - this was a nice surprise. Great place to stay if you’re in Birch Run!
