Very charming place with waterfall grotto This location defies the image of Red Roof Inn in a good way. It's all renovated rooms so everything seems new. There is no wear and tear on the furniture or floor. The WiFi speeds were good. The mattress was firm and the A/C worked great. The toilet and shower were not grimey and gross. It was pretty quiet at night. The only real downside is the parking can get crowded so you might not get a parking spot right in front of your room. The front desk clerks were very friendly and professional. There is also a cool grotto behind the hotel and it gives the place a very cozy nature feel.

Comfortable and QUIET! So very quiet! We couldn't hear any outside noise! It is up on a hill and we were surprised there was no view. Staff was super friendly, room was very clean and comfortable. They were having some sort of issue with remote controls, so we had an awkward time with the TV!

Lovely hotel This was the second time we've stayed at this hotel. I love it. Comfy and clean and staff is wonderful including Johnnie Murray, DeKiecia Frizzle, Kymone at the front desk and Gloria in housekeeping. Highly recommend. Also love the ravine from street drainage in the back of the hotel. Very peaceful. :-)

Our visit to Birmingham. The room was remodeled and all in all pretty nice. The beds were comfy and nice floors no carpet. This hotel was alright for us. It was quiet and peaceful. If we are in the area we would stay there again. The lady in the front office was friendly and took care of us right away.

The rare concerns were corrected timely. I became a RediRewards Member because of Cathy. Satisfied Travel RN. Cathy at the front desk is absolutely amazing! We (frequent guests) miss Ms. Johnnie, but Cathy has become our greatest representation of what it means to be welcomed, feel appreciated and valued! Txs
