Travel hotel One-night stop with the family on a holiday road-trip. The stay was excellent - clean, comfortable room and a good breakfast - eggs, sausage, juices, waffles, cereals, biscuits, etc. For some reason the Wi-Fi didn't work well when I tried it, but I didn't try too hard.

Won’t stay here again. The swimming pool was filthy. Very disappointing as I was looking forward to a dip after a long car ride. The room rate was too expensive for this to be the case. Also only one of the computers in the lobby worked and it didn’t work well at all. On a positive note, the room had just been renovated and it was quiet.

Disappointed The staff were amazing! The breakfast was decent but the room was a huge disappointment! The microwave had ramen noodles with standing juice on the tray! The ice bucket literally had a dirty hand towel and trash in it. Honestly make me question if the covers were changed before we got there. I truly expected more from a Hampton.

Not the worst out there but definitely not the best either. Lobby is clean and smells amazing. Staff is great. Breakfast was delicious. Hallways are dark, only have lights above each room door Not middle lights to brighten the halls. Bathroom water pressure not great at all. Check the door to the bathroom to make sure it closes all the way. Limited outlets to charge phones. It would be nice if the refrigerator was raised up a bit higher instead of in a lower cabinet. It makes it difficult for those of us that can’t bend down on the floor to reach something. No regular sitting chair, only a desk chair to sit in or two cubes that roll around. This location does not have a laundry room. If you need to do laundry do it before checking in.

Really Bad - Stay Elsewhere This Hampton is bad. Really bad. The ONLY positive is the staff are friendly. Beyond that there is nothing positive to say. Carpet is taped together in many places. Walls are gouged, scraped, and scuffed. Elevator breaks down. The room are not thoroughly cleaned. The entire second floor stinks like mildew. And the breakfast is not nearly as robust as a typical Hampton. I’m Hilton diamond and frequent use Hampton’s across America. This one is the worse. I suggest finding other options outside Trussville.
