Amazing Place, Amazing Staff, The Only Choice I travel for work and stay in a lot of hotels. In 2022, I stayed at this exact location for approximately 111 nights. It is 2023 and I was booked in for roughly 91 nights and got extended for another 90 nights. Yes, that's 7 months. So, I have been here long enough to tell you all about this property and staff. I LOVE this place. EVERYONE here has become like family to me. The grounds are maintained, and it is clean. It is quiet. The lobby and facilities are very nice. GYM! The pool is good size. Basketball court, corn hole, hard-gas BBQ grills, nice outdoor gathering furniture. Breakfast is better than expected! And the variety, well there is plenty to choose from. Laundry rooms are clean, and the machines are very nice and work very well. Your Suite is bright with larger than average windows for a hotel. The furnishings are perfect for the space. A desk to work at, a table to eat at, a couch to relax on, full size fridge and a dishwasher. Spacious vanity area and big closet. Bedroom is plenty big enough with a TV. Bedding is nice and soft. The Studio is spacious and pretty open but planned out very well. The One Bedroom is what I get, and it works great for me. The Two Bedrooms are BIG, and I believe may have fireplaces. Now, SONESTA IS PET FRIENDLY which I love. I travel with my Service Animal which is about 7 pounds. The staff always greet her and enjoy seeing her. I have to say, I have never had an issue with smells, stains, pet hair, etc., in any of my rooms, any of the buildings, hallways, or elevators. Did I mention CLEAN! The entire property is CLEAN. The Staff is AMAZING! This property is great. I highly recommend if you are looking to stay for a night or several weeks, this is a happy place to stay.

Overpriced and Underwhelming The staff was super friendly and accommodating, but this place is TIRED. The exterior doors are old and one barely worked for anyone (we watched several other people try to get in for minutes before figuring out the key card trick), and the halls & rooms are worn out and dated. We had three rooms and one of us needed a new one because it reeked cigarette smoke (the staff was great about making this happen), and another smelled like marijuana when we came in. Lots of noise from hall and upstairs (rooms aren’t carpeted, so we could hear every footstep, suitcase role, and thump) The breakfast was severely understocked, even over an hour before it closed. I watched several people get up for the egg biscuits and burritos, only to find an empty dish. The pancake/waffle station was never open, and only the packaged items were in abundance. Definitely overpriced for the condition of the hotel and amenities.

Convenient Location/Amazing Staff We love this place. Not only was it very comfortable, having the ability to cook our own meals saved us a ton of money. The people who work here are so kind and helpful. We were dealing with a surgery and needed to stay extra days and they graciously accommodated our needs so that we didn't need to leave. Latanya, Candy and the whole crew in the office are the absolute best!

Above and beyond at Sonesta Homewood The Sonesta Homewood team went above and beyond to make our group’s stay the best. From having our group’s room keys ready when we arrived to Candy in the kitchen making sure all of our students were fed. Thanks for a great stay!

Not happy Room was not clean and smelled like urine. The carpet in the room, hallway and staircase we’re beyond worn and filthy. I checked out after and went to nearby Hilton. I will say the pool and main entrance was very clean and well kept wish the room were the same .
