Very good stay, just 2 small issues Excellent hotel in general. My room seemed comfortable and the entire hotel was very well cleaned. The staff were friendly. For the price, I was a bit disappointed that my heater did not work and the coffee pot was missing. I did enjoy the conference center very much.

Was probably a great place 40 years ago.. This hotel is extremely dated and run down. My first impression when I pulled up and got out of my car was to cancel my reservation and stay somewhere else, I should have done that. My room was dirty, holes in the walls and almost every metal surface was rusty/extremely tarnished. I stayed here two nights for a conference I was attending in the same building or I would have left. They have no working vending machines, just signs saying to go to the front desk for drinks/snacks, I have no problem with that other than the fact that 3/4 times that I went to get something to drink no one was around. They also do not have any restaurants on site, which the website states they do, so that was very disappointing. My shower was extremely stained and despite me trying to clean it just remained looking gross, I also could not get the temperature above look warm. My room was extremely loud at all hours of the day, I was in a 3rd floor internal room that had a balcony over looking the pool, the balcony was also shared with the room next to me, that made me extremely uncomfortable, I don’t know what the pool hours are as I didn’t utilize it, but I was kept awake until way past 12am, having to be up by 5am this made for a very unpleasant experience both nights of my stay. This hotel is definitely not worth the price point, the area of town is also a bit shady, lots of empty alcohol containers spread throughout the property and some very interesting individuals walking around the property.

Avoid - this place needs to be knocked down I really should have read the most recent reviews!! They are right!! This place is if the 1970s and depression and had a baby. It needs to be knocked down, you can't even renovate at this stage. The furniture is falling apart, part of the bedside table is missing and the chest is all banged up. The shampoo and lotions seemed watered down?? Etc. I'm traveling for work on a grant and won't switch hotels because I need to save money for the good cause I serve. If it was my money, I'd be outta here. Only good thing is that the bed seems fine. But I'm really tired.

I would not stay at this hotel, nor recommend it A very ‘dated’ hotel. Old, needs updating, the ‘Water Park’ is old and Unsafe. The hotel is in a depressed side of town, and is clearly out of date both outside and inside. Reception employees were nice but dressed in ripped jeans & very casual clothing.~unprofessional looking. Carpets and entire hotel dingy, dated, in disrepair. The area around the pool is all tile and VERY slippery! The pool depth markings were incorrect…the 5’ area was at least 6’ deep. I am 5’4” and the water was deeper than my height. This matters because I was at the bottom of a slide to catch my 5 y/o grandson and Had a tough time due to the unexpected depth of the water. I don’t understand how this facility can operate considering the unsafe environment around the pool… I am surprised it passes inspections, especially with OSHA requirements! I kept a very close eye on my grandson and I saw many of the kids running around the pool, slipping and falling and hurting themselves. It really is a sad hotel and facility. I will never stay at this hotel again and I will never recommend it to anybody to stay Enclosing, the hotel is very noisy… The pool closes at 11 PM but partying, parents and other individuals stay up much later. The bed linens thankfully seemed clean, the towels appeared clean, but old and torn, the bathtub was uninviting… And kiddo couldn’t take a bath because the plug didn’t work.

Warning… Photos are not of same hotel I’m sure this place was buzzing 20-30years ago however, currently it is an outdated broken down ghost town. For starters the pictures show updated rooms. If these exist, they should book their guests in them. Half of the hotel is blocked off and empty. We were 1 of maybe 7 cars in the parking lot for the other side. We were booked on 1st floor. The A/C was broken and no screens on the windows so we could not open the window for cool fresh air. No fans in bathroom, so after two people showered it was a sauna in there. The shower water did not drain. Thank goodness it was just a quick overnight for us passing through and we had our own pillows. The pillows on the beds appeared they have been passed down a few generations. Lastly, the website states there is a restaurant attached … there was zero breakfast options. As we pulled out of the drive at 7:30am there were two lovely squads assisting an individual on the hotel curb. This place is a complete dive. Keep looking folks. Better off in your car in the parking lot of the Wal-Mart next door for free.
