Friendly and accommodating. Perfect size and location. Restaurant is the real deal. Super friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and contemporary. Great location and Hotel is a nice size. Will definitely stay here again. By the way, the restaurant was good. Not a generic bland hotel restaurant but fresh food and friendly service and gluten free chocolate chip cookies. I always judge a restaurant/bakery based on whether they have a gluten free option.

Amazing stay! This hotel from the moment you walk in to everything about it is wonderful. The staff the front desk was extremely helpful, I mean above and beyond the nicest hotel I’ve ever been to. Mark , Leah , conner and Daria were so nice and went the extra mile so you didn’t have to worry. Rick the drive for the hotel also super helpful nice man if you need to go short distance they have a vehicle. The food in both restaurants is amazing, along with lovely hotel bar to meet clients or friends. They have a gym and pool. Super cozy clean rooms. Not much more you can ask for.! Thanks again Kingsley inn you never disappoint . I will be back ;)

The Kingsley Charming hotel in an excellent area. Beautiful lobby & bar area, with two restaurants you can access from inside the hotel. One high end seafood place and the other an upscale diner. Rooms are nicely decorated, bed was comfortable. Bathroom bright and clean, a little small, but everything was modern and worked well. Parking is at the back, lots of space. Booked a room on the street level (2nd floor), close to the lobby though i probably would pick 3rd floor next time.

Either discarded or stolen my belongings. Checked out on 2/3/24, housekeeping was already at my door knocking for room service when I was checking out by noon. The Front Desk was already aware that I was checking out at noon, so why was housekeeping knocking? In my rush to leave, I forgot an item on the bed. I realized I was missing it two hours later and called the hotel to instruct the front desk to place the item there. I mentioned that I would have someone pick it up since I am from out of town. However, I was informed that the housekeeping manager had left for the day. When I called back the next day, I was told that nothing was found or reported. I distinctly remember that the item was on the bed when I was packing. If you stay at this hotel, be aware that your belongings might be stolen or discarded. I will never stay there again, and I will ensure that all my friends and family know to steer clear. I expected better customer service and organization from a Hilton.

A Touch Of Class This hotel gives you a touch of class and the feel of a upper skill life style. The staff was A1 and very helpful. There were small things here and there that need to be up dated in the room we were in. But nothing really negative with our stay. We did a one night getaway from the kids. So if your local and would like to get away this hotel makes for a good baecation. Next we'll have to try the restaurant that is attached to the hotel Zalmans. We will be back.
