Great location, friendly staff This Hampton had everything I needed and at the right price. I had a meeting at Indiana University and was amazed at how close it was to the hotel. Free hot breakfast, free parking and friendly staff. I will definitely stay at this Hampton when I'm back in Bloomington.

Hotel with a home feel. I has a very wonderful experience, from a breakfast with variety of food to choose from to the nice, clean comfortable bed and new carpet. The hotel staff, Micheal, David and Rachel were always pleasant, friendly and very helpful. I was offered cones to help me keep my parking space for the Bus. Thank you so much!

Aging Hotel I had a one night stay in the area and being a Hilton guy this pricing was good. The building next door is having major construction, so you have to deal with that and cement trucks. The hotel is older and my room was small compared to newer places. Very close to downtown. Parking was fine. The stadium is a few blocks away. The hotel was quiet too. But it is time for a remodel.

Michael The hotel was quality. I want to give a shoutout to Michael. He worked the night shift by himself on Friday and Saturday night. The place was packed full of travel baseball families. Michael was polite and professional. The visit could have been frustrating with the lack of staff, but Michael handled his job graciously.

This hotel needs major renovation and a review of hotel policies and protocols. Thicker walls ae a must. We've been Hilton Inn Loyal members for over a decade. I've stating this since it seemed to mean nothing relative to our recent stay at the Bloomington IN., Hampton Inn. First, the sink in the bathroom was being supported by wooden stick that were not secured to the floor. One accidental kick and the sink could have fallen down. Our room phone was disconnected, a night stand was unlevel by several inches, and the room had a full size bed instead of a queen. The main issue was the noise coming from the adjacent room. We were woken on two consecutive nights by loud talking, laughing and yelling. After I informed the attendant on duty of the issue, I asked to be moved to a room on a different floor. I was informed that it would be a violation of hotel protocol as the only rooms available were more expensive and the hotel would be giving us, in essence, a "room upgrade". As it was 10 PM, I hardly believe that the "upgraded room" would have been booked before morning. To the attendant's credit, the guests in the adjacent room were asked to quiet down and they complied. The issue was, as a Hilton loyal member, I felt that moving to different room was a reasonable request since other rooms were available. Well, there you have it.
