Clean and comfortable Very comfortable and clean! Love the room layout and the beds are very nice. Staff is friendly and breakfast is hot and filling. Such a relief after a horrifying start at the “Quality” Inn in Danville.

Disappointing stay!! Trip with grandkids to Knoebels. 2 adjoining rooms. Convenient location, breakfast acceptable, HOWEVER, when grandson woke up the next morning ants were discovered on his pillow and “many” on bedside table. Reported to front desk, Patrick was very truthful, admitted having trouble with ants in 1st floor rooms. When checking out spoke with manager, top of the chain was her comment, she basically blamed it on us and having snacks. May i say, the snacks they sell in their convenience store has no sign saying they could attract ants! So basically, do not accept a 1st floor room, be prepared for many, many excuses and taking no responsibility or even a sorry!! Will never stay again!!!

Fall getaway We stayed here for the Bloomberg fair and to visit family. We had 2 rooms. They were clean and the hotel staff was friendly. Newly updated and conveniently located. Nice lobby with a nice view, great free breakfast.

Great visit Great continental breakfast, clean room, lots of places to eat nearby, right next to a bunch of stores, and short drive to Knoebles

Not your old Comfort Suites! How sad!! This could be a great hotel, if it had better training! Check-in was a disaster-long waits, and they "lost" the reservation. Grudgingly updated, .On the way back, they would not honor a last-minute day change, although they had assured us they would!! Had to call Choice to intervene & then we were gouged on points! Breakfast is not well-serviced & bagels were old. Housekeeping is better, but mgt is lacking in customer service. Staff seems to be short, tired & overworked. Looks good, doesn't deliver. We've stayed several times, we won't any more. PASS,DO NOT GO.
