Home of the Hidden Inn This was my first time at this Hampton Inn and my first time at a Hampton Inn in almost 28 years. We made reservations in advance for two rooms for one night. Access is not off the main road so you need to get to it via a side road and then navigate in because the view is hidden. What I Liked: - The check-in process was easy - The rooms were functional with no issues - Everything in the room worked - The free breakfast buffet was better than average albeit not gourmet but if that is what you were expecting you deserve to be disappointed. The assortment is diverse enough for all ages. What I Did Not Like - The small pool was dated and a tad scary - One of the two elevators did not work - Some fruit (apples, bananas and oranges) were small and not so appealing My overall stay rating is average with the free breakfast buffet being a tad above average.

Awful experience Been staying with Hilton brand hotels for 25 years and had a significant issue with condition and cleanliness of the room. I travel often - the worst experience I’ve had. I alerted the front desk in the KINDEST way possible (most people would be furious) and was provided with a new room - and shockingly only 1 of 3 nights of refunded. I was told “that’s all that could be done”. I had to bring the issue to corporate’s attention and was immediately given a refund following an escalation request given the magnitude of the situation. Thank you corporate for caring about your customers. I encountered Poor customer service at the hotel and they had no sincere remorse for the condition of the room. Disappointing to say the least. My family and I will NEVER go back there.

The bathroom sink and mirror are in the bedroom?? We’ve stayed here before and let me say the staff are all super nice. But a regular room with a regular bathroom is not guaranteed. Also, the air conditioning at this hotel has not been updated. Room 423 unit sounds like a roadster ripping around the nascar track with a flopping flat tire. The room was stifling when we arrived at 11:30pm, so we had to put the ax on. Then we had to turn up the TV because of noise from the ac unit. So an hour later when you turn off the tv, the ac noise was super annoying. Turn the temp up, turn it down, the noise persisted all night. Argh. Then getting ready in the am is a challenge when I get up early and hubby tries to sleep a bit later. The toilet and tub are in the bathroom. The sink and mirror are IN THE BEDROOM. Who thought this was a good idea? I need a bathroom with the shower, toilet, sink and mirror all in the same room. We’ll have to look for a new stopover between NY and FLA.

Needs updates to basics! Location is only reason we’ve continued to book at this location, For the price we paid for a room mid week, non holiday; you’d expect sheets that fit the bed without rips, fresher pillows and mattress. Not a very picky eater, but lately the breakfast has gone done hill, without very healthy choices. Waffles and coffee are generally very good but If you prefer sugary cereal, wonder bread type bread, over ripe bananas, you’ll be fine. Got rid of the bread choices including English muffins and fruit like cantaloupe, melon, oranges, grapes. May as well bring your own or eat someplace else.
