Boca Beautiful hotel with some current renovations to update but this was not a problem. Well maintained facility with nice rooms and large lounge area and eating area. Nice pool area and good location. The personnel were helpful but a bit reserved. I’m from Alabama so I expect more in friendliness I suppose. They were courteous and I have no complaints. Would definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers.

Very bad experience with this place The Nastiest hotel i have ever been, parkings and carpets stink like PEE and phones dont work, staff has no knowledge on whats going on and not helpful at all. I wish i could give 0 stars but that is not an option. I would say pick a motel and will probably have better services than this Nasty Hole.

Worst Embassy suites Where do I start? Our first room looked like a horror movie. It was terrible, smelled, dirty, extra small and the sink looked like it was from 1940. So far staff are using the hotel renovation as an excuse for everything. Trash was all over the hotel and outside. When I was the two men working front desk if they were short staffed because trash was all up and down the hallway, they said yes. No indication they would go above and beyond to get it cleaned up. The only good part was the night shift lady who switched our first room.

Pitbulls and Parolees The amount of dogs in this hotel is shocking. It’s like staying in a dog park or kennel with associated barking, filth, smells, etc. Reasonable rates however. Significant construction in lobby. Courteous and accommodating staff. Suites are spacious. Refurb needed throughout.

Ryan, you deserve a great promotion by Hilton This was my third visit to the embassy suites in Boca. Yes, the hotel is a large one and was mostly occupied. I did have an issue the first night as I checked in. I contacted Ryan the front desk manager who immediately addressed the issue and sorted it out. Unfortunately, by the time I returned later that night something else came up. Ryan had left but I did get the front desk to sort out although it took some time. The next morning when I spoke with Ryan, he told me that he was made aware of the issue and Holly the GM was copied and addressing it. Yes, the hotel has some infrastructure works to be done and ongoing. But I must say the staff is a very understanding and hospitable one. They do deal as much as possible with guests fairly. I find sometimes being a Hilton honors member that some guests are too fussy and can be their own enemies. Why would some parents have their older kids run through the hotel restaurant and lobby spilling popcorn and ice cream on the floor and carpet. Certainly, they will not allow this type of behavior and indiscipline in their homes. Upon checkout, I needed assistance as I had a medical visit earlier in the day. Ryan himself personally came up and assisted me in the van.He is a very customer oriented down-to-earth individual and really goes beyond the call of duty to assist all guests. I hope Hilton promotes him in the near future as he will make a great Senior Manager.
