Extended Stay America Suites Boise Airport

Clean, polite staff, and decent location The room was very clean and fairly up to date. The remote for the TV was tricky as you had to press the buttons extremely hard for it to respond but everything worked properly, the bed was very comfortable and the temperature was spot on. Staff was always friendly and I felt genuinely cared. It was a little noisy at times but that is to be expected at most hotels. There was plenty of parking and easy access to the lobby. Overall not a bad experience!

Relaxing So far, from check in to the present time of my stay, all the staff have been friendly and helpful. The room is nice, clean and comfortable with the things I need for my stay. I have not had any issues during my stay up to this point.

Very disappointed with my last two days there Really a bad one with the stuff very disrespectful over me asking for room service while they failed to explain to me that when you miss the room service day you will need to wait for the next cycle I do not stay at extended hotels like that nor look for trouble I make sure to be barely seen and all but when people try to disrespect me in any shape of ways especially the whole stuff taking turn to disrespect me this is not acceptable. All this over a room service request and this morning someone over me another room service since it was my last day there I was asleep since I work at night they asked me if I wanted to extend I said yes because I was in the middle of my sleep and didn’t want to wake up they called at 9:20 am checking out is at 11 am so I said yes and they asked me if there’s something they could do for the room at first I didn’t want to go to any drama so I said no but the person insisted I said ok let’s get a room service done then she told me I will be first in line so that I won’t wait . I waited till 1:30 pm with little to no sleep since I didn’t want my sleep being disrupted once more and I went to the front desk around that time asking why no room service is been provided I was told that but I leave tomorrow so what’s the point of having a room service. Well I told that rude person that I didn’t offer it nor requested it it’s been offered to me so I stayed awake all this time for nothing just to be told rudely that I don’t deserve one and we went back and forth and she told me I have attitude that I m worst than a girl while she’s the one calling me names while I didn’t being rude when me I been more professional with my tone and voice well this is the worst I have ever been treated by anybody in my entire life and management with corporate included are backing up that kind of behavior so they feel powerful cause I Been told by the manager I can take my business else if I m not happy that was yesterday today is I can call whoever I want Manager corporate it doesn’t Matter we’ll it seems like they know there’s no repercussions with they actions so they don not care when it comes to customer service -5 stars 11/08/23

property stolen We had a booking at Extended Stay America, Boise Airport on October 6th through the 8th. When we got there and checked in and took all our things up to the room and settled in the kids wanted to go swimming. I took my ring and earrings off and put them on the night stand between the beds. We walked down to find the pool and them realized there wasn't one and Priceline had booked us into the wrong hotel. We went over to the hotel we were supposed to be booked into but they were full, they did get us a room at their sister hotel across the road. We went back to Extended Stay America and checked out and got our thing then checked into the other hotel. I then realized my ring and earrings were not with me. I went back to Extended stay America to get them. They let me go up and check the room put they were gone. The manger assured me her housekeepers were the most honest people put nothing had been turned in. I gave her my name and phone number and we came home. I have since called the hotel put the manger seemed curt and questioned whether I actually left the jewelry there. She had no interest in finding them

Bad part of town? Looked ok but before I checked in a saw a guy peeing on the fence. So I left and stayed in a better part of town. Looked ok on the outside but I couldn’t trust my vehicle and family with seeing that.
