Not up to Hilton Standards High prices don’t translate to a great experience. First the good: spacious room, large televisions, comfortable beds. Bad: just little things that put me off… the light for the third floor in the elevator is broken, so there is no indication that it has been selected until the door closes and you start moving. Room 314 the view is horrible view, bathroom light switch cover broken, thermostat hanging off the wall, and no workable fan setting. I was told that Hampton doesn’t do any complimentary room upgrades for diamond members, and the waffle bar doesn’t have any fresh fruit or whipped cream, only a strawberry jam-like reduction. When I asked about whipped cream the attendant acted like that was a bizarre request? At $211 per night you would expect a bit more.

I've Stayed Here Before and I'll Stay Here Again, But................. ..........yes, there are several "buts" 1. The pressure in the shower was terrible. I did try all the "settings." 2. The light above the sink is terrible for shaving. Just terrible! 3. It would be really "nice" for the hotel to recycle....have some recycling containers around, at least one in the lobby. 4. This is pretty common to all hotels, but it seems that the trash cans in the room tend to be not very wide (they are "tiny"). And, once housekeeping stretches a plastic bag across the top, there is no "depth" for trash, which sits on top of a piece of plastic, rather than IN the can. 5. The "business center," which consists of a computer and printer is smack in the middle of the lobby. No chair. But, the printer worked! With that said, there are tons of pluses: Good-sized and comfortable 2-queen room. Really helpful and friendly staff. Very good breakfast with excellent coffee. A laundry room with a really cheap-to-run washer and dryer. And, on this trip, I learned how convenient the hotel is to downtown and places east and west. After leaving the hotel, if you catch a couple of green lights, you can be on an interstate to downtown in 5 minutes or less and then it's just a few minutes to downtown.

Nice experience Our family stayed at this hotel traveling from the Northwest. The hotel was in a great location and had clean rooms and offered a nice hot breakfast. The staff was friendly. The room had two televisions but one television had issues. Other than that, it was a nice experience.

Fantastic duplex suite We had reserved an almost one-of-a-kind duplex king suite with a balcony at this Boise hotel, and it was fantastic. I loved the layout and the novelty feeling compared to all other Hampton Inns I’ve stayed at. The location is perfect, close to both downtown, nature and restaurants. It truly can’t be beaten. I would love to give this place a full five stars, but I really value good water pressure at hotels, and unfortunately our suite had the worst water pressure I’ve ever experienced in any hotel, which is why I ”have” to deduct a star. Other than that, well worth the price and I will return.

Great hotel! This hotel has everything you need from a cool comfortable bed, to fast hot running showers. This place is in a great location off the interstate, near a movie theatre, and a restaurant which is a plus. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks for having hd!
