Great other than breakfast Great hotel for an overnight while driving through! Clean, spacious rooms with microwaves and mini fridges. Great for pets as well! Only downfall was an incredibly rude woman running the breakfast. She was very short with everyone and wouldn’t let anyone take the “to go” items. Actually told one woman who had been waiting for over 5min “You’ll get your turn.” When she said she’d been waiting longer than anyone else and told everyone it was “first come, first served.” So I would t recommend breakfast, but everything else was great!

Okay!! Not up to the Hilton Standard I am a Hilton Honors diamond member. I actually stayed in this hotel tonight in March, once in April, twice in May, and once in June. I continued to put this hotel on my favorites list because it is a halfway point for me as I was traveling to John Oregon. Several of my nights were excellent; however, the last night in May not so much. If you were reading this, you will see I still came in June. My last visit in May, I wanted to eat breakfast before driving to my destination. Previously, the server was excellent. I am not sure what happened on this particular day. She significantly lacked luster. When I came back in June, I refused to dine in the restaurant( basically it would have been free for me because of my status). It was the point of the matter for me. I will eat outside of the hotel restaurant if I travel again to the area. The room I was given in June, the toilet did not flush properly. I suppose something was wrong with the plunger chain. (I think that’s what it’s called). I had to take the lid off the back of the toilet so it can flush. Also, the bed was terrible on my last visit in June. I have stayed at this hotel several times and the rooms were good. I am not sure what happened in reference to the bed the last visit in June. I know for certain that I will never dine in the restaurant again. !!! I would like to say Aaron was very nice and made me feel important!!!

Horrible housekeeping- and FYI, restaurant closed on weekends We booked this hotel instead of the nearby less expensive Hampton Inn because we knew that after a long day of driving, we’d likely want to have dinner at the hotel restaurant instead of going out. Though their website shows that their restaurant is open everyday, it is only M-F. I understand staffing issues, but it wouldn’t take much effort to update your website. We weren’t upset but more bummed out as we were very tired, but went across the street and got a great pizza (NY Giant Pizza) and brought it back to the room. We set up the ottoman as a table and when we sat down to eat, we could see things on the carpet. Upon further inspection, we discovered that it was kibble from dog food. So our room was not vacuumed. Gross. It was late and we were very tired, so we cleaned it up and ate, kept our socks on all night, went to bed and woke to find only decaf coffee pods. So frustrating! I asked to speak to the GM at checkout, just to give feedback on the housekeeping issues but she was not in yet. I was given her card and I asked the front desk person if she could have her contact me, she said she would, and now nearly a week later, I have not heard from her. I did receive an automated survey from Hilton which I filled out and checked off the box indicating that yes, I would like someone to get back to me. No response. The hotel is fine but a bit dated, AC was a bit loud. Okay hotel but the housekeeping is a major issue for me. For the money, not worth it.

Squeaky beds and lame breakfast. Clean rooms exceptionally loud squeaky beds, and a breakfast so weak cheap and bland you will probably want to take your breakfast business somewhere else. Looks like the parking lot gets ripped off daily because there are more signs that they don't care if your car gets ripped off than I have ever seen at any hotel I have ever stayed at before...

No snacks We came here really just to sleep and spend 14 hours or so before the airport. The front desk staff was very nice. The hotel was clean and not brand new, but decent. I usually stay in Hampton Inn, and they offer snacks to gold members. This hotel did not. It's only 7 min to the airport, so very convenient. There are lots of places to eat in walking distance.
