Filthy! Horrible experience! Filthy! Do not plan on using sofa bed, so bad I would not let my neighbor’s dog sleep on it!

great place, great location I've stayed here several times when I'm in town. It's always clean, check in is quick, walking distance to the mall, close to food.

Gross After bad customer service we had checked into our room that had a strong smell of cat urine and body soil on the lounge chair. We went back to the front desk & the next associate on shift was actually nice & offered us to look at another room. We did but the next room had the same issue so we decided to rough it out in our current room & accept it as a loss since we were tired & it was late.

Nice hotel, nothing outstanding or terrible. This is a nice hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice location. Breakfast is not superior, but adequate. They only have apples, no bananas. They have a fitness room. Wi-fi is good. Beds are comfortable. I would stay here again. Our room was free with points.
